   You have to relentlessly chase them for a quote and when they are eventually forced to give a quote (because of the ridiculousnes of the delays) they give you a quote literally 3-5 times higher than industry cost. I don't know if this is unique to my circumstances, but they did it twice for two totally separate jobs. One was a body repair and one was chassis alignment

   Send my vehicle to Carcomm Coachworks after accident, even  Carcomm Coachworks repair my vehicle more than 1 month because of waiting parts problem but I still agree their professional service.    Such professional service. I was blown away by the quality of work. The substantially scratched and dented side of my vehicle was repaired to look like new. They also gave it a thorough clean, which was an unexpected surprise. Couldn't recommend CarComm Coachworks Ltd highly enough.

   I came to Carcomm to solve a problem with my bonnet (it wouldn’t shut properly causing a sensor to go off when I am driving). The people working there looked at the issue, took a few pictures and told me that they would send an estimate the following day. I use my vehicle for work so I was really looking to get it sorted as soon as possible. I didn’t hear from Carcomm the next day so I phoned them up and the receptionist said that the person who is dealing with my estimate is not there and will be back the following day. The next day they finally sent me an estimate and I agreed to it so they said they will order the parts, it should take a day and then they can fix it. I didn’t hear from them the following day either so I phoned them up and then they said that the person who would fix the car is not there and will be back next week…. The next week I went back to find out that a part was missing so they had to make another order… And it took an extra day to get the part, and fix the car in the afternoon. Overall it took Carcomm over a week to fix a small issue, made a lot of empty promises and I felt like I had to chase them for everything. As a company looking to do business they should aim to send me a quote sooner, I had to phone them up 3 times to request it. And then they had only send 2 out of the 3 quotes I asked for. I also went there multiple times for nothing as they weren’t communicating with me and telling me what is happening. I would not use their services again.
