I recently visited Based on her, it was my first time there and had an absolutely fantastic experiences. They listened to my vision and offered expert advice. The cut and style were perfect!!! I left feeling refreshed and confident. I highly recommend Based on her saloon. Thank you so much ladies!!
My hair can be difficult to style. Lots of hair dressers tend to tell me about my hair or know what my hair can do. My hair can go from a mixed hair texture to silky straight if you know what you’re doing. This photo is from 2016. A young lady had done my hair. She did an excellent job, it’s was silky smooth perfect blow out with curls. Wash dry and curly blow. The style lasted a few days. However, the next time I went the young lady had gone to university and although they did a great job they were unable to replicate this beautiful work done in the photo on the left. Not quite as silky smooth and the style didn’t last till the next day.(But Photo on the right)

Didn't bother turning up to do my hair eve though I had it booked and I waited outside for a full half an hour. Nearly ruined my graduation day. Went over the road and got my hair done there instead, they were great and saved the day as luckily had space. Apparently not the first time this has happened either. Saw the lady from Based on Her arrive 45 minutes late compared to appointment time.
It was amazing here, the ladies are so friendly and nice to be around, my hair looks incredible, had a cut and curly blow, couldn't be happier was a wonderful experience and the price was fab, going in to get some highlights next week hopefully xxx
Absolutely terrible. Banging my Nan's head on the sink. Can't get temperature of water right. No conditioner was put on her hair. Bottle was empty. Blasting out loud music.
