   Avoid at all costs! Didn’t have a choice as had to take my lease car there. Appointment booked, arrived slightly early to be greeted with “yh?”. After advising was here for a booked appointment was told with a laugh “join the queue, I’m on my own”. Appreciate business have staffing issues but don’t take it out on the customer. Definitely will try and find another branch to visit.

   Greeted with "Yeh" as I entered the reception, I think the dude was having a bad morning and I was his punch bag.... booked and paid online for tyres, drive 20 mins to the centre to be told the parts wasn't ordered. 1st time I attempted to use ATS and 100% the last. Working in the trade for 30 years myself, I totally understand why people feel intimidated of garages like yours. Horrible experience.....

   I was respectfully welcomed on arrival and promptly attended to. I was incredibly impressed at the rate at which my tyre was replaced and ready. Very good customer experience.

   If I could give 0 stars I would have. Just had my tyres replaced this morning. Purchased them online bundled with discounted wheel alignment for 35quid. Alignment check was not carried out and can confirm this as I was at the viewing area and the job was done right in front of me. Asked the staff upon handing the keys back to me as I know it was not. Said "yes it was done and only slightly off and it's a new-ish car. Gone and drove away for a bit to avoid confrontation as I thought I could just get my money back anyways to avoid further hassle and to my surprise, I inspected and discovered the wheel edges have been damaged, a huge junk of paint have been from the looks of it; scraped off or scuffed from different areas during installation. Already wrote a complaint online and now awaiting for their reply.

   Booked my car in last minute for an MOT. Dropped it off early that day as I had to go out. Staff were helpful, workshop is clean, bright, and on view to customers from the large reception. Nice touch was all staff were well presented, nice clean uniforms etc. Received a courtesy call when the car was ready. Collected car with ease. Checks seemed to have been very thorough. I received a detailed health check later that evening via email. ATS beat their local competitors' hands down. Will definitely be going back and recommending this garage following this visit.

   Ordared 2 tyres online to be fitted at this garage in Dartford on a sat morning,arrived early only to be told after half hr and car was on ramp my tyres havnt arrived. Bla bla attitude have to take it up with manager on a Monday morning,saying its not his fault no apology,no phone call email to tell me not to bother turning up. Now in process of getting my money back Monday morning. No communication obviously between manager and staff. Attitude problems.

   Clean bright workshop. Water dispenser had no cups and looked very dirty. No hot drinks machine. Ample parking space. Disabled access toilet inside the shop. Large viewing area from the shop seating waiting area. Good prices but skeleton staff on Saturday
