Terrible customer facing ability. So unprofessional and rude. Like another reviewer has said this guy literally just turns his back and walks away from you. He grumbles single words and walks away. You have to follow him around the garage prompting a solution. So miserable and unfriendly.
I when to them for a problem with my car it was making a knocking noise when I drive slow he said he knew what it was exactly and will fix the problem charging me huge amount of money only to bring my car home and realised the actual problem was still there. I went back to him . He said I have to pay more more to try and fix the issue
Used em back when I lived in Hillingdon and still drive down from Harrow to use em now. Piotr's a bit miserable at times but a good lad and his crew works quick, never waited more than a day or two for my car back when it needs a lot of work done and Piotr always texts me to let me know it's ready to pick up.
Very efficient team, car repair done in a couple of hours at a very competitive price. Highly recommended.
Unable to give lower than 1 star. Waited nearly 4 hours to get AC repaired when we were told it is 1 hour job. Once he got the deposit the attitude completely changed. very poor communication. went back on agreed price. wasnt left with any option but to pay hidden extras. Complete RIP OFFF!!!!!!!!
