   Fantastic service took car in on Monday after getting recovery from Essex. Was told probably would not be able to look at it till Friday but got a call 5pm Tuesday saying car was ready to pick up and at a very reasonable cost I and my family use them all the time highly, recommended.

   Great garage, called them over the phone, they booked the car for next day MOT, went at 12 afternoon and got it done in while waiting. No trying to sell service etc or other unexpected things. Overall very good experience

   I don't recommend this garage because they're ripping you off. My car was scheduled for a timing chain replacement, and it ran for a day, but then it broke down on the highway because the mechanics didn't tighten the timing belt and high-pressure pump. I took the car to them under warranty, but they told me the fuel system had no pressure and said it was the pump in the fuel tank. So when I took the car back, I took it to another mechanic, who checked everything and said the pump was fine. The mechanic took the engine out to check the timing belt, and the timing belt was adjusted incorrectly because the parts weren't tightened. The moral of this story is: be careful who you take your car to for repairs, because this company is ripping people off. Please don't believe them. If you have a warranty on paper, you don't have it anyway.

   Took my car in for a diagnostic appointment and was told I was going to be called shortly. I rang 12+ times after the time I was told that I was going to be contacted. Still no response. I went back to find that my car hadn’t even been looked at. BELOW POOR SERVICE - AVOID!!
