   Had my Mercedes EQE repaired here through my insurance for some mechanical and bodywork, first time using them. Amazing work and extremely professional team.    ADL kept my car for 4 months from Sept 2022 to January 2023. Despite this I felt the bodywork was decent. However whilst my car was in their possession they absolutely wrecked my engine. They blew the main fuse powering my cooling fan. I had to replace the cooling fan and main battery fuse block costing over £1,000. MSL (insurance ppl) denied it was them who damaged it and did nothing to sort this out for me. ADL claim they didn't damage it even though I did not have any warning lights on the dash board when they took my car but when they returned it the dashboard had several warning lights including engine management lights. Cowboys!

   Car body work repaired with ease, they ordered the parts before so they were ready MOT completed they even clean my vehicle from inside and outside before giving back my vehicle. Steering allignment completed after replacing my front bumper. They took for a test run everything was fine. It's my first time I've used them it won't be my last. The person I dealt with was Rohan he kept me informed throughout the repair as I needed my vehicle asap. Great customer service I appreciate his help. Thank you

   A very unprofessional garage! They don't deserve even a 1 star, but I can not give them less than this. This was my insurance preferred garage and it took them 39 days to repair my car and after they returned my car it was not only repaired unprofessionally also there was additional damages which was caused by ADL repair. They are not the people of their word, they didn't had a clue when they will return my car even till one day before which they have returned it, they were always blaming the parts. After 3 weeks that my car was with ADL repair one day I called them to get an update and I spoke with the person by the name of Raj who was in charge of my car's repair and I asked him have you repaired the door? He replied, which door. Now you can imagine how clue less and unprofessional these people are. After 3 weeks he still didn't know my car door needs repair. When my car was taken by recovery to the garage there was showing 107 miles fuel in the tank and when it was returned it was showing only 24 miles, I don't know where all this fuel gone.... I had to raise the issue with my insurance company and they sent an engineer to check the repair and additional damages now they have authorised to fix the unprofessional repair and additional damages again. So please avoid this garage and this unprofessional people even if they are referred by your insurance company.
