I’ve used Reliance for MOTs over the last two years and have always found them excellent - flexible when booking, efficient with the test, and friendly throughout. They’re independent and straightforward, which makes the whole process stress-free. From my experience they’ve been consistently reliable, so I’d recommend looking past some of the odd one-star reviews possibly from bots - my own dealings with them have been nothing but positive.

Brought my BMW one series here couple of months ago. I had many engine issues on this car and previously mechanics couldn’t finish it. But when I brought this car to here they managed to strip down my whole engine and fix it. My car is been perfectly fine ever since and I never had a single mechanical issues for about a year now and I’m still driving this car. Very satisfied and I recommend this people for anyone that has engine problems and not sure where to take your car.
Reliance auto test is one of the best service centre around hayes town. I would highly recommend this auto shop, the staffs were very professional, very helpful & had great prices. Will definitely come back.
I went there for car service & M.O.T & exhaust work . they charge me £100 extra from what quotation they gave me front of one of his car machanic When I say what you done extra ! He have no genuine answer. just saying you have to pay & start argument even his machanic was witness for what quotation they give me .I was in hurry & have to go with my family that’s why I just pay that time but suggest you please go on your own risk .
Originally gave this 5 stars for the old owner...new owners are awful! Took my car to literally check what fault had appeared, heard nothing from them even with multiple calls to them ...lots of promises to call back. In the end I just collected my car a day later and was then told I was lying about what I had literally been told by one of the mechanics an hour earlier on the phone when I finally got a call! Don't trust them at all and would recommend that everyone be cautious using them
MOT done while waiting. Very fast service. These guys are very honest and you never regret going there. I highly recommend this place.
