   Unfortunately we’ve had a bad experience with Timmy’s autos recently. They accidentally left the engine oil cap off after filling up oil. This led to the oil spilling out onto the engine as well as our regular mechanics home drive way. We took pictures immediately and sent them to Timmy however he made excuses and didn’t take responsibility properly. We have been very patient and understanding with him about the accident. All we asked was for him to reimburse the cost to clean up which took our mechanic time. I have waited patiently for over 2 weeks for the compensation but received no communication. Unfortunately I will also have to report them to trading standards

   While ago I went to another garage regarding my brakes.. They gave me atleast 3 things more that needs to be done.. I left and went Timmy's and they stated that is not the case.. Today I went again to get my Mot and Service done again from Timmy's.. They were fast, professional and know how to speak to customers.. Main thing they are Trustworthy..

   I have been using Timmy's Auto-aid for many years now and the service has always been amazing! Timmy is a very good mechanic and has never let me down! I have several cars, from old to new, including an E36 M3. Timmy knows them inside out. A very trusted and honest garage and someone I would recommended highly.

   Bloody brilliant is all I can say. On time repairing and most of all I am happy with the prices of labour and parts. Honestly really funny lads and also they went above and beyond in cleaning my brakes and wiping down anything they worked on. I went literally everywhere in Watford and these guys really helped. Everyone else literally ignored me which is frustrating. Other garages never called back.
