Went in with below the shoulder length hair, got a colour, had a picture of the style I wanted. What I got is so short it’s frizzy. Nothing like the picture, no shape or style, can’t believe the state of my hair, iv been hacked. Had to get an appointment with another salon to try and fix the disgraceful style iv been given.

Have been using quintessential for a number of years and always pleased with the way they do my hair. Always friendly and helpful with a great knowledge of what suits and good selection of treatments available. Appointments not always necessary but would recommend making a booking as they are a busy salon especially at weekends.
