   Unfortunately didn't have the best experience. I paid for a remap knowing the disclaimer on older vans. Was assured its an easy remap and no issues. Had a powercut and van didnt start..on their suggestion I bought a new ecu. That didnt work. 2 weeks later with a hire van and loss of work they finally changed to another ecu/parts they suspected wrong. They were very helpfull in that sense.The van runs under normal power, not remapped but lost over 2000£. I requested a refund or part and was immediately pointed to the disclaimer. However as far as the disclaimer goes it only starts once the van has been remapped and running. NOT when the remapper makes a fault in the remapping and the van doesnt work due to this. Refund denied as expected eventho it would covered under their liability insurance. Atleast I expected a refund on the remap under my statutory rights as a consumer. But no replies at all anymore. Childish a d unprofessional. Won't recommend them unfortunately.

   James is truly amazing. He came to remap my ECU on time. Very friendly service, I am happy with the service I received. The car feels totally different and James is sorting out a refund for the gearbox remap as it was not possible to carry out. I will definitely use their services again.

   I had my car remapped by remap kings, being an older BMW my ECU didn’t take the map. I spoke to Gerrard who was very professional and took the time to sit on the phone with me and discuss a solution and why the problem occurred (this was out of their control). Rather than force another map on the car, they thought the best option was to protect my ECU and instead offered me a refund. After the initial disappointment of my car not taking the remap, I am very happy with the customer service provided. Really great bunch of guys.

Simon kept me informed of arrival time and when he arrived he explained what he was doing. everything went really well and my transit custom drives great now the extra torque has made a massive difference..    Recently booked my Porsche 718 in for remap as this company offering to take BHP from 296 to 380 plus an extra 81Nm, which was considerably more than any other company. All went well with the mobile mechanic but it was only once I compared my vehicles before and after timings that I realised that it had only made a difference of 0.075 seconds on 0-62mph and no other difference on times from 0 -100mph. I emailed a picture of the 2 timings to Remap showing the results but I never had the courtesy of a reply. For me it was a total waste of £349 as my consumption hadn’t changed either. So if you decide to use Remap take a before and after timing runs and show to the Remap engineer before he leaves.

   BE AWARE use this company at your own risk! I was trying to get a smile remap of my Mini Cooper s and while carrying out the works the engineer damaged the ECU. I completely understand that accidents happen and fair enough he admitted causing the damage. The way the company dealt with the situation was absolutely shocking. Initially they agreed to cover the cost of a hire car as mine was undrivable but they then said they will only cover upto £1500 liability which included fixing the ECU. My car was off the road for over 2 months and they refused to provide me with alternative transport. It has cost be £1000s to hire another car and I have been forced to take legal action. Worst company I have ever dealt with.

   Fantastic service from Stefan After a poor experience from another company I reached out to Remap Kings to remap my mx5. Stefan got in touch prior to the appointment to confirm arrival time and he arrived exactly when expected. Stefan was very knowledgeable and was happy to answer any questions I had. The job was done quickly and he insisted I drive the car before he left to make sure I was completely satisfied with the work. Class service from start to finish and I am delighted with the results.

   Just had my ford focus st3 estate remapped today it was 250bhp 387torque before now 305bhp 511torque woooowwe so much fun to drive by Rob. They gave me a call to tell me what time they'd get here and arrived around that time. My ECU just clipped out so the whole process took about 30 - 40 minutes in total. They waited whilst I took the car for a drive. The remap has worked and made the car feel so much more responsive; I can't explain just how happy I am with it. Definitely 5 stars for Remap Kings! I'll be using them again . Thanks!
