Fast, friendly and reasonably priced! Needed some prompt work on my C63 to be carried out as it flagged on my MOT. I spoke to Paul on Wednesday afternoon and had the car with new parts fitted within 24h. George shows me the issue with my car before carrying out the work and was completely transparent - absolutely fantastic!

I had my 12year old C class repaired at George Fraser .My car suffered corroded rear break pipes, which needed attention before due MOT test. This very much caused me to ask myself if itβs worth repairing ,taking into consideration the age of the car + possibly expensive repair. However, I wanted very much save the car, as it has served me well and itβs been very reliable over so many years. For that reason I decided to ask George Fraser ltd garage for a help to repair the car ( I had a very good previous experience with them), and this turned out to be the right decision. My car was booked for an inspection almost at no waiting, and booked for the repair 3 days later. Two days later my car was ready for collection , repaired with passed MOT test . Furthermore, the whole cost of the repair was really reasonable and affordable! I am very pleased with George Fraser ltd garage, starting from the communication up to the collection, the whole process was a first - class. I would recommend the garage to everyone without hesitation. True legend, well done George Fraser ltd!

Excellent services Provided by George Fraser garage. Paul Was helpful from the moment I booked in all the way through throughout the process. From picking up my car and Giving me a call to update me with regards to what needed dropping in my car off at the end of the day. I certainly wonβt go anywhere else from now on.

Definitely avoid this service garage! They are not honest and they don't like customers asking questions. Their preferred method is to charge as much as they can and get rid of you quickly! I chose this garage to replace my AC condenser as they mentioned it would be a Genuine Mercedes Part. On the new AC condenser there is no hologram, label, or serial number also the design is different. I asked them to show me the Original Mercedes Box (he can't find it), an invoice from Mercedes that the part is genuine (they refused to do it), and more than that they offer a 1-year warranty since all the Mercedes parts have 2-year warranty! My Air Condition system is blowing weak air and they said I need to replace the cabin filter ( I already did this before to visit them). I am not happy with the new AC condenser as this is an aftermarket part and that's why the AC power is weak Definitely they are not Mercedes-approved garage and I will forward this complaint to the relevant institutions as this is totally unacceptable and pathetic.

Itβs very difficult to find honest people in the car business these days, you can definitely count on George and Paul which give an outstanding customer experience at no extra cost. I have serviced and replaced many parts with the for the time I owned a c250d coupe

I used this Garage for 3 times due to good reviews on Google and now I find it expensive, will not go again ever with my Mercedes, First time I had my gearbox service done, due to getting an issue while auto changing gears in 3rd and 4th gear , was feeling a jerk, and after doing the above service and paying almost Β£500 the problem never disappeared completely but comes less often, And now a year later this happened, Β£90 per hour been charged as Labour cost for 5 hours, ???????? total Β£450 for Labour cost , just to replace main battery and run diagnostic to change a sensor, check washer fluid sensor, and change just a lock of the boot in auto locking mechanism, Obviously paid separately for the parts, which was half of the price above, and with VAT it went up to almost Β£1000, Felt like Rip off and I could have saved lot of my money by using different garage, Everything above was pre explained while dropping the car so they donβt tell me unexpected stuff, Donβt understand how it takes 5 hours of actual work to do above few things ?????? Probably must be a learning mechanic who is doing experiments on cars and getting Β£90 an hourly wage, for goodness sake!

Wish I could give them 0 stars. Incompetent, yet overpriced. Do not use this garage! I used George Frazer of Uxbridge a couple of months ago for my S Class. Asked for a vehicle diagnostic to see if there are any relevant codes to diagnose shuddering on cold start and ABS error popping up twice. I specifically mentioned that just need the diagnostic and no parts changed. Also an oil and filter change (using my parts and oil) so the oil change is recorded on the vehicle's digital service history. Agreed prices was Β£65 for the diagnostic and Β£45 for the oil change which seemed reasonable. Got a call the vehicle is ready and a bill of Β£400. Apparently, they changed a wheel speed sensor (Β£135) and there was additional charge which wasn't mentioned when I dropped the car off of Β£140 for half an hour road test. I find this very unprofessional, what if it was a Β£2000 part, would they change it without asking the customer first? I wouldn't be writing this review if, at minimum, the initially requested work was done as expected. The vehicle shuddering was back literally as soon as I left the garage and on top of that they said they can't update the digital Mercedes service history as the service wasn't full and no inspection was performed. None of this was mentioned when I dropped off the car. Since then I took the car to a smaller independent Mercedes garage, the shuddering was fixed (apparently some turbo seals) and the service history updated as expected. All for almost half the price of what George Frazer charged me for literally not fixing or doing anything. Would not recommend.

George Fraser recently repaired my sinking suspension on my 2013 E350 Mercedes estate, it had more than one fault, he found them all without replacing parts that were not required, all fixed now at a reasonable cost, have already recommended him and I will definitely use them in the future, Thank you George and Paul.

I recently had my car repaired at a George Fraser, and I was extremely impressed with the level of service I received. Not only did they fix my car quickly and efficiently, but they also went above and beyond by offering to take my parents back home when they realised my parents had no other form of transportation. The staff were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I would highly recommend this mechanics to anyone who owns a Mercedes and is looking for reliable, trustworthy service.
