   I have been going to House of Henshaw for a few years now and I can never fault my experiences! It’s my mother, sister and I’s go to salon in Liverpool! The girls are always so warm and welcoming, Helen and Jamie provide the upmost hair care and never fail to make us all laugh and feel amazing with our hair! It’s truly an amazing sisterhood under one place❤️ Our recent appointment with Jamie for wanding and blowdries made us all feel so beautiful! I’d 100% recommend!❤️

   I've been visiting Jamie-Lee for the past 10 months, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the moment I walked into the salon, I felt welcomed and at ease. She truly has a knack for understanding what I want and goes above and beyond to deliver. Jamie-Lee has developed an expertise in blending natural roots with considerable greys. The soft, natural appearance she creates is exactly what I've been looking for, allowing me to embrace my hair without feeling overwhelmed by the greys. Each visit, she takes the time to consult with me about my preferences and ensures that I leave feeling refreshed and confident. The atmosphere of the salon is lovely, creating a relaxing experience that I look forward to. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a talented and personable hairdresser.    I have been going to the salon for a long time now and would never go anywhere else. Kate, Helen and all the girls do an amazing job make you feel like part of the family whilst also working extremely hard to accommodate all their clients needs. For someone whose hair is very thick and can have a mind of its own Kate has always managed to get my colour and style exactly how I love it. Both Kate and Helen have been great with my daughters hair and are always very patient. I couldn't recommend highly enough.

   I have just had my hair done at house of henshaws and I am very disapointed. I booked the appointment over 1 week in advance for colour cut and blow. I paid £50 deposit. Today the salon was busy and had to wait. I told the hairdresser I wanted my roots doing and my hair toning down with ashy tones as I have lots of natural red in my hair. I have a natural white streak in the front which I said needs to be lighter so the roots are not noticeable but blended in with my hair. I was left for over an hour with the product on my hair which I believe was overdone. Once I had a 'curly blow' I told the hairdresser that there was lots of red in it. The hairdressers questioned my opinion and said that I could go back in a few days if not happy. Then I was about to be charged £10 over what I was quoted and when I queried this she changed to outstanding amount to £85 as I was then informed the curly blow was £5 extra.
