Where do I start. In brief I bought car, given 3 months warranty. The car never felt right. Because I was used to driving high end cars and had to downgrade because of financial difficulties I assumed it was the norm for the particular car. 8 to 9 weeks later the car broke down, would not start. Rang them they went on immediately about wear an tear not their responsibility etc. To fix it I would have to pay. Wrong of course under the trading standards regulation. I paid. A couple weeks later the oil warning light flashed red. The car was complerly dry with no oil at all. Indicating they hadn't bothered to service it before selling it. Infact there was no screen wash the day I drove off with it. I should have taken it back immediately! Anyway 4 weeks later the car came to a halt again on the motorway. Clutch system completely failed. Again I had to pay as they insisted it's wear and tear. Just after 6 months from the time I bought the car, again it stopped working this time ignition wouldn't even start. To conclude I took the car to another garage and what they found will not suprise you. There was a hole in the timing chain casing. The thrust bearings had fallen off and were laying in the tank, they should have replaced the solenoids when they did the timing chain or discovered and fixed these problems, the oil pump was damaged, camshaft sensor needed replacing spark plugs were worn out. The car died a slow death at the garage and is not in existence again. It found a resting place at a scrap yard in Manchester for the measly sum of Β£1250. It cost me over Β£9000 in the space of 8 months as I had to settle the finance because the cowboys at Mega Motors did not fulfil their trading agreement. Stay away from there!

I had a great experience with this garage. The staff were professional, honest, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the work that needed to be done and didnβt try to upsell or push unnecessary repairs. The service was efficient, fairly priced, and the car was ready on time. If youβre looking for a reliable place for car repairs or buying a car in South West London, I would definitely recommend them.

PLEASE AVOID THESE SCAMMERS this garage the car I was purchasing had no problems until they received the money had to wait 3 days to collect the car. Since picking up the car yesterday 12/12/2025 I drove back to Stevenage parked up at a friends house went to go home last that night and the car was dead. Used a booster pack to charge the battery to get home today and not battery is dead again. The turbo cover has been bent so it hits the metal next to it I can only assume this has been done on purpose to hide the knocking of the engine. The rude staff are not ignoring me and refusing to refund me.

Never trust this dealer, recently I bought a used car from here, they confirmed the car got full MOT and they confirmed the car including everything is in good condition. After two weeks, the car failed to start and the battery was dead, all they offered is to bring the car there, they will replace the battery with free labour, and they were accusing me of leaving the headlights on for the battery issue. The checks revealed the battery is fully down as you can see from the image and it took for the mechanic two minutes to run this test. That means they are cheating customers saying every check is done before selling the cars, dont trust this guys and stay away from them

Was sold a car 6 weeks ago, had a wheel bearing issue since purchased. Tried to claim through the warranty that was sold along with the car but was told they wonβt fix wear and tear issues so went back to dealer to fix the issue but they said they wouldnβt fix either. Really disappointed, clearly an existing issue that was present when I was sold the vehicle. A respectable car dealer would have fixed prior or offer to sort the issue. I must think they are selling loads of cars with faults and issues and just hoping no body notices when they purchase.

I had a flat tyre and called Clocktower who were one of the only garages open on a Saturday afternoon. Answered the phone straight away, had my type in stock and said I could come immediately. On arrival they inspected the tyre and said the tyre was in good condition and they could repair it for Β£20 rather than paying Β£50 for a new tyre. Would recommend
