   We recently used iChauffeur for our week long visit in London (8/27 - 9/9, 2025). I can't say enough about this awesome company. They were quick to respond to all of my questions and concerns, always answering in less the 24 hours. Their prices were great and our van was clean, comfortable and roomy enough for all six of us. I can't begin to say enough about our exceptional driver Danny!!! He was professional and personable and was always on time and made sure that we were safely in our desired locations before leaving. He made sure there was plenty of water in the van and constantly checked to make sure the A/C was to everyone's liking. He would ask us often if there was anything else he could do to make our trip more enjoyable and there wasn't. He saw to everything, including a stop to buy all of us ice cream. You can not go wrong with this company and I highly recommend them and their outstanding staff.

   What an incredible experience. I had an important event to attend early in Westminster and our driver Antony was incredible. He was polite, friendly, he told us places to explore and what we were passing. We travelled in a Mercedes S line which was incredibly clean and tidy.    Very disappointed. Paid for a premium service but received a very poor service from the female driver who was inattentive and quite abrupt! She didn't seem confident in driving our mini bus and didn't know how basic functions on the bus worked! She asked us for directions, took a route which meant we sat in traffic for 1.5 hours almost making us late, refused to turn the heating off or down for the duration, provided no drinks as requested and wouldn't put music on for our special family trip. She took several wrong turns and didn't drop us off at the venue, we had to get out and walk the last distance as she didn't know how to get there! Definitely won't be using again.
