I honestly don't know what to say. I gave the garage a call after coming back from holiday and finding that my car wouldn't move when in gear. A lovely lady answering the phone passed me over to Michael. Michael heard me out and told me he thinks the handbrake could be stuck (another local garage told me I need to change my entire gearbox with estimates from 400-1k£). Without me saying anything further, Michael asked for my address and in no more than 5 minutes he arrived at my house. It took 20 seconds and my car was fixed. Honestly, I haven't come across a more honest service. Thank you Michael. First time using them but immediately put me at ease. I will now be using them moving forward. Thanks Eamonn
