   Extremely pathetic service. Should not be running a cab company at all. Agreed on price and driver was asking for additional £20. The driver came before the flight time and then got frustrated saying he has other rides he doesn't want to wait. Its common sense that it takes at least an hour to get out of the airport so why is the driver coming early even though the booking office said there is no issue driver will track flight and come accordingly did not say anything about additional money for waiting time. Then harrasing as well. Driver was speeding and driving recklessly. Extremely disappointed.

   Called for an early morning airport quote. Got a very high price so said will come back to them. Ended up calling back and accepted the price as most places were fully booked. Then the ‘operator’ increased his price because I had the audacity to check in with other companies. Fortunately I found a better alternative. Really unpleasant experience. I would avoid.

   On 16 June 2022 I booked a taxi from this company for my son’s ALevel exams ahead of the tube strike. They emailed me the day before my son’s exams (20 June 2022) that they were cancelling my booking as they claimed they had NO cars available. They mentioned they would refund me… of course that’s what l expected. Today 19 July 2022 still no refund and no response to emails. Totally unreliable, unprofessional and l am now entering into a dispute as l am definitely getting my money back from this dishonest company.

   HOW DARE YOU TAKE ADVANTAGE OF VULNERABLE PEOPLE LIKE THIS?!! SHAMEFUL!!! AWFUL!!! The taxi driver was a complete bully. I used this taxi company to drive my elderly mother from the airport. He charged her an extra £25 because it took her a while to collect her suitcase from baggage control - this was not in her control and she had already prepaid for the service!! He didn't help with her suitcase and she has mobility problems !

   Worse experience of my life. Called a cab, been told 15 min and have been quoted 45£ for a 8.5 miles journey from Surbiton to Hounslow. Waited patiently but had appointment at Church for a baptism therefore important to have the cab in time. After half an hour called them back just to be told that apparently the driver had a breakdown and no others drivers to take me. If I wouldn’t have called I would have probably waited there forever as they did not even have the curtesy to let you know that nobody is actually coming. Unprofessional to the maximum length . Would never recommend not even to my enemy

   Prompt, reliable and super friendly. The drivers remember me every time and the lady on the phone is always happy to help. I have used this firm a number of times while travelling in and out of London and they have never let me down. They always help me with my luggage and ensure I feel safe travelling night or day. Always my first choice!

   My husband and I use Kings Cars regularly and have done so for several years - for both business purposes and travelling with the family. It is always so quick and easy to make a booking (even if at short notice - I always seem to leave things to the last minute!) and the drivers are always very polite, smartly dressed and always arrive promptly. The cars are very clean and spacious too. I would highly recommend this wonderful family run business !! Thank you Kings Cars !!

   About 6 years ago I called Kings Cars Service for the first time and never looked back. The service is excellent, they are always prompt and driving through the most efficient route. I have one word BRILLIANT!!! I always feel safe when travelling with Kings Cars regardless of time of the day or night. I have already recommended them to my friends and colleagues and I am recommending them to those of you who are reading this review!
