   J Madden garages got sent to me to come to my van being broken down, I was told it was a write off and was offered £250 for it for scrap metal by the owner, upon checking it’s MOT status few years later surprised to see it’s still on the roads to say the least. Wouldn’t expect this sort of carry on or dishonesty from what I can see is clearly a well established company. Edit - I was given no formal quote to repair it, I was offered the opportunity to sell the van road side under the guise I would be offered a fair price, upon chasing up on what that price would be I was told only £250 as it was SCRAP and nothing more - I can’t help but feel buying a customers van off them for £250 under the guise it was to be scrapped and then restoring it to what would then be worth over 5k is unfair. Feel very ripped off.

   Very good experience - breaking down next to wembley on match day is not an easy job, but Juan and the team were kind and efficient throughout with recovering my car. Really made a horrible experience more bearable. Thanks Juan and the team!

   Today at highway my car broke down with ESP error and power cut fault. My insurance company arranged the J.Madden Garages for recovery. They were at scene in time and I requested them to take the car their garage for the repairment. I am so glad to prefer them. They detected the fault in a short time. They are diligent, master at their work. They are also so generous. I will recommend them to all my friends. Good job!

   Returned from holiday car wouldn't start fanbelt broken.Stress levels very high as over 2hours from home. Called recovery service who liaised with J Madden ltd. Recovery vehicle arrived within timeframe given and options explained.car taken to garage for repair. Even dropped us at a local coffee shop so we could wait in the way. Car assessed and quote given for repair. Work completed within an hour, and pick us up from the coffee shop. These guys were life savers , very professional and understanding of our situation. The costs were very reasonable andwe can't recommend them highly enough. Definitely a 5 Star service.

   ... booked my car in for MOT, arrived few minutes before appt time, car taken away, was offered a hot drink whilst waiting, MOT completed without issues, paid and was on my way in less than an hour. fantastic! this is a trusted local garage and i won't hesitate recommending them. i initially booked my car using the online company that was featured on BBC watchdog, they booked my car in with an unknown garage and that really worried me. i cancelled the booking and opted to see my local garage instead, the best thing i did on that day. 07/10/17 had my brake fluid changed today, again excellent customer service received, prices are honest and definitely no ripping off happening. i will keep shouting, they are one of the reasons i would support local businesses. top vote all the way!

   These guys are great. Their work is not alway the cheapest but they will only ever do what needs done and to a high quality. Ive been a customer here for 3 years and have never been disappointed with their honesty - which incidentally is why they are a little bit more expensive - but always cheaper in the long run in my opinion. they have worked on my ford, my VW and now my BMW - and always left happy
