   I had a terrible experience at AJ Autos Southall. The work on my car was left incomplete, and when I questioned it, the older man (the “dad” who works there) started huffing, puffing, and trying to intimidate me, instead of giving a normal explanation. The whole interaction felt aggressive and deeply unprofessional. As a young woman, I genuinely felt they tried to take advantage of me, assuming I wouldn’t notice the poor workmanship or know how to challenge them. The way I was spoken to was unacceptable and made me feel dismissed and disrespected. What should have been a straightforward job turned into a stressful situation where I left feeling unsafe, unheard, and completely let down. I would strongly advise others (especially women) to be cautious. There are plenty of garages that treat customers with basic respect and actually complete the work they are paid for. Unfortunately, my experience with AJ Autos Southall was the complete opposite.

   Chris and the team at AJ’s have been amazing. Always helping when in need. Great customer service as well as the job that they perform at the highest of level. I have had my battery changed, tints sorted and multiple Tryes changed with them. Go-to place for any car related things and also a friendly body shop!
