   A garage's standards and honesty are a direct reflection of its owner. In this case, the owner’s primary interest seems to be enrolling customers into an Auto Service Plan—not to provide quality service, but to extract as much money as possible without actually performing the necessary repairs. They service cars by charging for work that is either incomplete or never done at all. Jobs are claimed under the service plan, yet the actual repairs remain undone. I spent six months going back and forth, dealing with false promises and incompetence, only to realize they had no idea how to fix the issue. Frustrated with Ravi’s dishonesty, I took my car to a reputable BMW specialist, who diagnosed and resolved the problem in just one day. To make matters worse, they sign customers up for a two-year Auto Service Plan without disclosing that the owner of Auto Service Plan and RHK is the same person. This conflict of interest ensures that the owner profits from both sides—locking customers into a long-term contract while avoiding real repairs. If you check the official government company register, you’ll see that they are currently in liquidation as of January 2025. I can’t help but wonder how many Auto Service Plans they are still selling, despite knowing that the company is shutting down. If you value your car, time, and money, avoid this place at all costs. I’m genuinely shocked at the number of five-star reviews—it’s likely that many customers have no idea they’re being misled.

   First time great. The next year bad. Lots of over exaggerated advisories. Additional extra and overpriced unexpected repairs. Did not allow me to take the car unless I bought some kind of insurance from them (upselling game). Had to repay for MOT. I have changed garage on 2025 and it was perfect. I will not be back.

   I trust these guys to get the job done. I have been taking my car there for 2 years now, done MOTs (they do home collections), air-con fix, Small fixes here and there, servicing. Pricing is always on point, good communication, good quality of work. I recommend them to anyone in West London. Very good customer service.

   PLEASE READ, DISHONNEST GARAGE! I had my car serviced late this summer (had done previous year and was happy with the service) and they charged me £20 to replace my headlight bulbs (I supplied brighter white bulbs) which only took a few minutes to change, my wife paid without question (I wasn't able to make it on the day to pick up the car). They only changed one headlight bulb despite being different colours to the original. When I went back to ask them to change the other one on a different day they said it will cost another £20 to change the other bulb as it took them an hour to change the original. I sat down on the sofa and watched the guy change the bulb in 2 minutes and and then leave my car for 20-25 minutes to pretend they were working on the car. Very disappointed! When the guy came back to me he said we done it faster then expected. So total £40 for change of headlight bulbs as it takes them over '1 hour' to change each one. Would not recommend this dishonest garage, joined because of the positive reviews but very disappointed

   Had done a Full service of my Car here (while I waited) and I am quite happy with the service availed. Got the lead from whocanfixmycar & the final rates were the same except for the additional charge on the oil of choice (what the car already had). Would definitely get back here & can happily recommend to anyone looking out for a reliable workshop/service.
