   If I could leave ZERO stars, I truly would. My experience with AJ Autos has been unsafe, intimidating, and completely unacceptable, especially after paying £3,180 for repairs. I trusted them to repair my car properly, including the ABS sensors, brakes, discs and calipers, which I paid for in full. Yet when I collected my vehicle, the engine management light and airbag warning light were found on. The moment I questioned this, I was met with aggressive, argumentative, and dismissive behaviour (especially coming from the dad). Huffing and buffing up and down to try and patronise his customers. Instead of carrying out checks, they told me to "ignore it" and blamed it on "low fuel." That was not true. On my way home, not only did the warning lights stay on, but my ABS sensors were still coming up as a fault, even though I specifically paid for this system to be repaired. To make things worse, the car began making a huge, high pitched squealing noise when driving, a noise I have on video. It now sounds worse than before they replaced the brakes, discs and calipers. It's as if the work was done incorrectly or has caused further damage. When I contacted them again, their behaviour became even more hostile, confrontational and intimidating. As a woman, I felt scared, unsafe and completely belittled just for asking why the repairs I paid thousands for were not carried out properly. No customer should ever be spoken to or treated like that. Instead of helping me, they: Dismissed every concern, Avoided all responsibility, Ignored my calls and messages and eventually blocked me completely I am now left with: A car that is still not repaired ABS, engine and airbag faults still showing A massive squealing noise from the brake system I paid to have replaced Further damage caused by their work Zero communication, zero responsibility, and zero professionalism I paid £3,180 and ended up with a vehicle that is unsafe to drive and in worse condition than when it went in. This is my honest experience, and I hope it prevents someone else, especially another woman, from going through what I went through. Avoid this garage at all costs!!!

   I brought my Mini Cooper into the garage to sort out a few issues, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough in diagnosing and fixing the problems. They fixed all the issues within an hour, I couldn’t have been any happier. Thank you for the excellent work and the great customer service! Highly recommended.

   I had a pretty disappointing experience with a car service today. I dropped my car off at 9 AM for a full service and they estimated it would take about two hours. When I returned after three hours, I noticed my car was in the exact same spot where I had left it that morning. I went to inquire, and they then told me there were a few more things that needed to be done. I'm almost certain they hadn’t even touched my car since I left it.When they finally took my car inside it had that distinct cold start sound you get when a car hasn't been started in a while. They opened the bonnet, checked the brakes and coolant, and then advised me that I needed to replace a coolant pipe. To top it off, they didn’t even reset my service mileage indicator. It’s frustrating because I paid £160 for what feels like no service at all.

   Ajay autos is the garage about! Uncle & the team are extreamly knowledgeable. Never once did I come here & the service hasn’t been impeccable & every issue has been resolved. I’ve been coming to them for years after time & time again losing my money to unprofessional and scammy mechanics. Get yourself down to Ajay autos if you have any issue with your car, any make & any model, they have you covered & believe me your issue will be solved & most importantly the right way. No cowboy work happening over here guys! Thank you ever so much for all the help over the years helping fix all the cars in my household. God bless

   Was 200 miles away from home visiting some family and friends and after a while of driving, a strange light appeared on my bmw 3 series and it wouldn’t go past 50mph. Searched the same night for the best and highly rated garages and was recommended Ajay Autos on Merrick road by 3 people also. Took it to Ajays and Waseem (the boss) had a quick look and instantly diagnosed the issue which was turbo failure (luckily I didn’t set off to return home) left the car with them before it got worse and the manager Awayz took all my details, gave me a time scale of when it would be completed, updated me every step of the way regarding my vehicles repair and ALSO gave me a beautiful Mercedes S-class courtesy car whilst my car was in the garage which was very convenient as I needed a car to get around!! Shortly after, a New Turbo was installed & service which was also due, was completed with all genuine parts, car was spotless and faultless as I returned home last night, gliding on the motorway and I could say it drives even better than before! Can’t recommend them enough. Thank you to the full Team! Wish There was a higher rating!

   The garage was recommended by Car Giant as part of their warranty. So I used them so if there were any issues it should be easily resolved. These guys are amazing and very personable. They care about cars, and they care about you. My Mercedes CLS had a big problem with the engine and now it runs smoothly and these guys went the extra to ensure my care left the garage in perfect condition. I had a lot of issues generally throughout my car history with garage either not being good or just trying to take your money. I've now found my garage and will be going back for my service in March. Thank you guys.
