   Quite disappointed on my recent experiences with this garage to be honest as I really trusted them before, I even brought to their attention that someone was reposting 1 star reviews on here from years ago, that is how much I trusted this garage before but unfortunately I cant say the same anymore. Had my timing chain replaced with them Romi advised that it would take 3 -4 days but it didnt, they took a week for complete the job had to keep chasing for updates after day four. Asked them to change my rocker cover gasket when putting the car back together but instead of changing the gaskets ricky told me that this particular engine did not come with one and they would have to use silicone to reseal the valve cover gasket, (false information, instead of telling me they could not source new gaskets they gave me wrong info) i wouldnt have had a problem with it if they told me truthfully that the gaskets werent available. Anyway, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and drove off, few weeks later had to come back because my injector was leaking, (its a direct injection engine so seals should be replaced to everytime they are taken out to avoid leaking, they were taken out to replace the timing chain) went back to the garage only for Romi to tell me I needed a new injector £250 for a new one btw, figured I could reseal the injector and change the others too so done the job myself in the end, cost me £40 for the special tool and £20 for the seals. Drove a few miles and ticking noise started to come from the engine only when warm, went back to them to get it check only for them to misdiagnose it as the turbo wastegate solinoid, (the part was £120 and they wasnt even sure if that was the problem) swapped the part out myself (used OEM part from vauxhall) clearly that wasnt the problem ticking noise did not go away When I went back there with the ticking sound, funny enough Ricky tried to gaslight me by saying that the ticking sound was there before I even brought the car in for the timing chain, ( Great effort from him though gotta give him that) Had a closer look at my invoice for the timing chain job and they used ow20 dexos D instead of 0w20 dexos 1 this couldve caused increased friction internally due to the cleaning additives of the oil being harsher as its formulated for diesel engines and not petrol. also checked around the car after the job, Air guid trims missing a few fuel rail bolts missing and the undertray was being held on by 3 bolts the rest werent put back, this made me wonder about the quality of work that was done inside the engine which of course I wasnt be able to see. Had to sell off the car due to this as I was not keen on spending more money for diagnostics. Point being is my trust my misused they obviously did not know I knew a lot about cars and decided to try their luck on multiple occasions, I take accountability for my actions and did not demand a reimbursement of any sort as it was my decision to choose them. But be warned, They are good wafflers that for sure, its a shame I found out later rather than sooner. The sloppiness in their work does not stop there, my cousin had her brake fluid changed there and they forgot to tighten the cap back.( what is the point of the flush? moisture got into the system anyway) Curious to see the response i will get after this review, feel free to take a look at my other reviews towards other business, I would not be writing this review if i really did not have a negative experience.

   Absolutely amazing guys at this garage. I fully trust these guys and they know what they're doing. I know when I come to them for help, I feel they are competent, professional and most importantly, they won't scam you. I feel this is something every customer wants to know before going to a garage. They're top lads and if anyone could take someones review into account, then please trust mine. I've been a customer of these guys for about 12 years now.

   I had my car fixed very recently (cracked front bumper and a dent on left passender door). Mine was Tesla Y and the Tesla repair centres were quoting £4K + VAT to replace them new. However Romi at White Swan was very good to advise and help me with a much cheaper solution (a fraction of what was quoted by the "official repair centres foe Tesla"), without needing to replace new. I cant be more satisfied with the results. Look like new. Amazing work and very quick too (pick up within the week). Romi was super nice and professional.

   White Swan Garage are NOT the kind of mechanic’s to rush a job on your car, get it in and out as quickly as possible and make a whole in ur pocket in the process. My maté recommended them and so I booked my Ford Focus ST3 in. They fixed my cad in a timely fashion. Very professional and polite. The cost was reasonable. On the the whole I’m extremely happy with the service and will not be taking my car to any other garage. From now on it will only be White Swan Garage LTD.
