   What a complete letdown. We agreed on a price and scope of work upfront, only for them to double the cost just before collection a classic bait-and-switch. Then came the shady offer of a “cash discount,” which says all you need to know about how they operate. Half the job wasn’t even done. Literally. And what was done, they botched. It felt like dealing with the dysfunctional crew from Orange County Choppers all noise, no professionalism. Communication was good during the course of the work then terrible. When I flagged a serious issue with their so-called repair, they initially said they’d fix it... then vanished into thin air. No follow up, no resolution, no accountability. This place is a textbook example of what to avoid. If you value your time, money, or sanity stay far away.

   Had an issue with the wet belt that had caused my car to shut down into safety mode. My local garage in Ickenham recommended I take it here. Fixed for a lower price than they originally quoted. The mechanic who did the work explained the issue to me and what had caused it. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional, would recommend this place.
