    Extremely disappointed with the service I received. The staff here are unprofessional and clearly not trained to deal with customers. When I explained the issues I was having with my car, instead of helping, they made fun of me and acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about. That’s completely unacceptable. I expected at least some level of respect and quality in return. The way they talk to customers is rude and disrespectful, and it’s clear they have no idea how to do their job properly. I won’t be coming back, and I don’t recommend anyone else waste their time or money here either.

    DO NOT TRUST THEM. I REPEAT, DO NOT TRUST THEM. They gave me my car back damaged- literally duct taped the bumper back together. They park all the cars on a busy, narrow street nearby. So it was probably damaged then if it wasn't while they were test driving it.

    I have been visiting Roseville Auto from 2013, Farooq is a very honest and decent guy, there are times he had fixed both my vans and cars in a very discounted price, there are times he goes beyond doing things. I never ever had a problem.

    Very bad service. Not responsible staff. Really disappointed and wouldn't recommend to anyone. We went to repair our car and left the car for nearly 2 days. Went back to get it and they said its all nicely done, so we paid and took our car. But on our way home back, the fuel was leaking even worse than before, which was the primary reason we took it for repairing. Immediately we had to take it back to them,yet there was no apology. They just look each others face and yet again asked us to leave the car there and to collect it next day.

    Highly recommended this garage. Uncle Farooq is a top man,he actually knows what he is doing,an honest man with full of knowledge and always very reasonable price. My recent work for Prius was quoted £300 by Toyota and he did it in just a £10. What a shock for me. Thanks a lot Mr Farooq. He is straight forward person and most people thinks he is a rude but actually he is not. Keep it up.
