   We hired Manish based on the good reviews he had online. I had requested a full valet for my vehicle, and explained that the car was covered in moss. I had sent a walkaround video and over 7 images of the work required. Manish had quoted between 100 to 150 pounds, which I was happy to pay for. Manish had turned up and had changed the price to £175, stating that he was not sent images of the work to be completed. This was not the case as I had, as previously stated, sent comprehensive images of the work needing to be done. However, for the sake of the work being completed, we had agreed on the price. As I had been away at the time of the work being completed, I had come back to the car with bits of debris inside the interior, mostly near the pedals, dirt between the seats and most importantly, the engine bay was completely untouched, please refer to the attached photos for further reference. I had called Manish up to clarify this, and I was met with excuses including "I did not know I had to do this." I had patiently informed him that we had paid £175 for a full detail/valet, which on his own website stated that this service includes an engine bay steam clean, so of course we would expect the full job to be completed. Despite the excuses, I was happy for him to come back again to complete the job, which he was reluctant to do so, and had cancelled on us two times. So by the end of the second cancellation, I had contacted him and stated that as he was clearly busy, I wished to receive a partial refund so that I can contact another detailer to complete the job properly. Manish had only refunded £30, despite other professional retailers charging £50 upwards. I had pointed this out to Manish and again, was met with excuses in manner which showed little to no care. In the end, I had taken the £30 purely because I did not wish to keep dealing with such an unprofessional individual, and he clearly was not in a mindset to be reasonable. If there was one decent thing he did, he cleaned the outside of the vehicle well, and had cleaned up most of the interior. Again, it was not on a level that was worth £175, nor was it as described on his website which stated "showroom finish". You can make your own decision as to whether you wish to hire Manish or not, I am only writing this so that you do not waste your time or money on someone who had been evasive, rude and clearly by the job completed, someone who is not a good valet/detailer. At best, it appears that he's decent at basic jobs, but not those that require a full detail/deep clean. Then again, you could just go to your local hand car wash to get the same level of service, if not better. I am rating him 2 stars because of the decent clean of the car on the outside, and because he managed to refund £30, albeit, very reluctantly. I would advise you to do additional research and look elsewhere.

   I'm someone who reads and takes into consideration reviews and when I came across Provalet I had high expectations. A lovely gentleman called Manish came out to do a full interior detail and he did not disappoint!!! I could see how much he cares for his clients and was very knowledgeable. The stains come out beautifully and I'm very impressed with the job. I will defo be using Provalet in the future.
