   My initial experience with Fields, when I booked my car in for an MOT and service was good. They collected and dropped off the car and I thought that was easy. However despite having a perfect vehicle before, immediately after something felt off and had assumed maybe it was just settling in after the service, but no more that 2 months post service my car started experiencing severe issues which led me to breaking down on the highway, my engine light coming on and having both the coil and all spark plugs replaced. I thought that was it, but the issues continued to persist and was getting worse which seemed more like a transmission issue and when I contacted them to book it in to check what was happening I was given a date 2 weeks in advance and was advised they were open from 8-5:30 with no time slot provided, only saying cars being booked in for a service must arrive first thing. With no communication otherwise, I finish my morning meetings and jump in the car at 11 to drive over, only to receive a phone call saying it was now "half way through the day" and I would have to bring my car in another day, bear in mind it wasn't even midday. The gentleman on the call was extremely rude and difficult, and whilst it was evident they had not communicated clearly and their booking said they were open until 5:30 with no appointment time, I was trying to be understanding and flexible, despite already being in the car, having waited weeks and planning my day around it. I was met however with the worst customer service. The only new "slot" they could book me in was in another 2 weeks, when I was due to go away, and whilst I was thinking I can make alternative plans to have the car taken in, he continued to be rude, condescending, questioned precise details of my travels plans which seemed extremely inappropriate and was not the least bit accommodating, despite also being aware I had experienced some health issues that had limited my mobility. The experience was so awful I decided it was better I go somewhere else, as at this stage not only could I not trust them to create any more issues with my car but I couldn't trust treat me respectfully. Extremely disappointing and would highly recommend your staff receive customer service training.

   Field's Car Centre is the best around. The guys are all so friendly, knowledgeable and most of all - trustworthy. I've taken my car there for a couple of jobs and have always been very pleased with their service. Highly recommend.

   Field's Car Centre was recommended to me by a friend. a) On my first visit they conducted an MOT. b) On a subsequent occasion they resolved an electric window problem which would only return halfway up. I have been pleased with both the work done and also the cost. I will use them again in future.

   Following a recommendation from a friend I used Fields for the first time and was so pleased with the whole experience. Everyone I dealt with was professional, courteous and knowledgeable and throughout the day my car was with Fields I was given updates. The work was done to time and price I was given. I will definitely be using them in the future.

It's all about trust: we trust Fields to do a good job every time; to do what's necessary and to tell us that something will require attention some time in the future. This time they did an annual service and MOT. They're very courteous too.

   Full Service on the Vehicle. Fields Car Centre is very professional from Calling them for a quotation n sent timeously via email to the reminder of the upcoming service. Booking vehicle in for Service was streamlined, helpful n courteous. Updated through out the day via email n calls for extras which needed attention n replacing. I cannot fault their communication. I even got a free car wash n valet. Excellent service. Thank you Ed n Steve.

   My car had an annoying rattle on the tailgate. The guys at Fields identified and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes for the price of a few pints. Best value for money I’ve had for a long time, and certainly significantly less than the main dealer would have charged. I always find Fields to be exceptionally polite and accommodating, and would have no hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending them.

   I have just used Field’s for the first time for my car service and was left thoroughly impressed. Ed, who I dealt with, was very friendly and welcoming when I spoke to him when booking the appointment in and also on the day. They kept me well informed with regular phone calls and also explained clearly what work they were suggesting to do but were not pushy. They were clear with the costs and sent me breakdowns of the repairs via email for me to review. All in all very impressed and most importantly my car is running perfectly! I will be returning. Thank you so much! :)

   Field's are an excellent garage that I know I can trust. All the repairs I have needed have been well explained and carried out to a high standard. They have always kept me informed on the phone of any prices and progress and make the whole process of looking after a car a lot easier and less stressful. I have recommended their services to others and will continue to use them. They whole team give a good vibe to customers and it is a very family friendly place.
