First Time using Whitley Autos, amazing service. Doug collected my car from my workplace and returned it promptly later the same day. Doug called me and discussed the problems with my car before going ahead and completing the repairs. Great Service and have no hesitation in using them again.

After researching around the Woking area I struggled to find a garage that could undertake the work that was needed for my van. I come across D A Whiteley Autos website and I related towards their family ethos in customer care and pride in their work. My van was returned with all the work completed and I was showed the broken water pump which was the problem. I have since taken my van back for a service and also my wifeβs car for an MOT. I can totally recommend Whiteleyβs Autoβs to anyone who needs a trustworthy garage who are friendly, honest and proud of their workmanship.

We had a clanking noise on our car that we'd not been able to determine where it was coming from. I was out of town and so had taken it into one of the chains that do tyres and exhausts and they couldn't figure it out. I called D A Whiteley when I got back to see if they could help and Doug was able to fit me in that same day. Within 15 minutes of dropping the car he'd found the issue (coil springs), sourced the part which was delivered the next day and then called to say it was ready to pick up before noon. An incredible service from start to finish.

Monumentally poor, aggressive and frustrating service. My partner booked in an issue with her car via phone call, which we had to wait over a week to bring in due to them being busy. We told them clearly on the phone, book it in and if we find anywhere sooner we will let you know. Their response was: βyou are all booked in.β The day comes, we bring the car in, they are adamant we should have called again to confirm. A male and female member of staff were completely unhelpful, the male member getting increasingly aggressive. Refused to help on the day or book in our car for the rest of that week. Terrible behaviour, terrible service, cannot urge enough to avoid. Left us completely stranded. We also just moved in locally and they have lost out on regular service to our two cars. Immensely frustrating.

Have taken my cars here for regular services and have been extremely happy with the quality of work, honesty and good nature of the staff. Very friendly and although not the cheapest, I am willing to pay a small premium to know my car is in expert hands!

I have been using this garage for about 5 years now. There is nothing too much for them, they go out of their way to help and always get me back on the road as soon as is practically possible. Even during our weird covid world, Doug still makes time to talk through any repairs and make sure you know what needs doing. I would highly recommend this garage, anytime.

Whiteley Autos are absolutely fantastic! They performed an MOT on my car, as well as clearing the engine fault lights for me. The staff are always extremely friendly and helpful! I can 100% recommend them for all of your motoring needs :)

Whilst my beloved BMW 3 series was in the care of the garage, someone had driven erratically through the industrial estate and ended up crashing into my car whilst parked. I immediately received a call from Rich telling me what had happened and invited me down to see him / the damage etc. The garage took full responsibility as it was in their care at the time, so sent my car off to a bodywork specialist to fix the damage. This also included fitting a brand new OEM light from BMW. As a gesture of goodwill, Rich lent me his own car to drive for the time being (BMW X5) and fitted 2 brand new rear shocks to my car, worth Β£350+. Once my car was returned, it came back as good as new like nothing had ever happened. Very good customer service, and very good mechanics! D A Whiteley autos will become my new garage for sure :)
