   I recently had a haircut at the Liverpool salon and was extremely disappointed with the service. I asked for a lightly layered cut, explaining that my thick, wavy hair cannot handle heavy layering without creating an unflattering shape. Despite this, I left with uneven, inconsistent layers and random lengths all over my head. I’ve worn layered styles for years and have never experienced such a poorly executed cut. If you look at the photo, even someone competent just by looking at it would have realised the situation. To make matters worse, another professional stylist at a different salon confirmed that the haircut had not been done correctly. When I returned to request a refund, I was visibly frustrated and upset about the whole situation and the refusal, and I was told to calm down. I was also informed that I needed to sit down for an assessment, something I was uncomfortable with given the visible issues and my lack of trust after the first experience. During my initial appointment, the staff appeared unprepared to work with my wavy hair type — they weren’t even sure whether a diffuser was available and didn’t have suitable products for my hair. Right now, I can’t wear my hair down or even tie it up in a high ponytail without the mistakes being obvious. I’ll have to spend months trying to grow out and fix this cut. Given the poor quality of the service and the way my complaint was handled, I cannot recommend this salon. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience.

   I just wanted to share some feedback about my recent haircut. I’ve been coming to this salon for around 10 years, and I’ve always been really happy with the results. This time, though, I’m honestly not satisfied — the cut turned out quite different from what I explained. I’m not sure why it happened, but I wanted to let you know since this has never been the case before.

   Have been going to this Supercuts for over twenty years. The staff are all very friendly, they listen to exactly how you want your hair done. It’s great you don’t need an appointment. Only let down is the price for dry hair cut. So unfortunately even though the staff are brilliant. Will be looking to go somewhere local that is cheaper.

   I’m a regular customer and I have just had another brilliant haircut from my fab hairdresser Debbie. The shop is bright, clean and tidy and the service is convenient; you can walk in and wait or book a place in the queue on the day online. Recommended.

   I started going here because it's really convenient for me to be able to go as and when I need, without an appointment. I'm very pleased with my choice! Jonathan has washed, cut and styled my hair twice and has done a fantastic job each time. Highly recommend going here for fast and efficient service at a really affordable rate.

   Bad service I usually go to different hair dresser but this time I wanted to try new place Supercut Liverpool in St. John’s market. My experience with Supercut was very bad as they failed to met the expected service, and quite unprofessional approach to customers. I chose a package which included haircut, shampoo & conditioner plus blow dry and paid for requested service but hair dresser Jonathan at Supercut Liverpool was quite unprofessional from beginning. He cut my hair in two minutes and not even dried however I paid for blew dry (plz check CCTV for confirmation of situation). I am shy person I don’t like to say anything to anyone. Therefore, when I left a salon my hair was totally wet with dripping water in freezing weather. The hair cut is so bad as it look like 5 years old child cut my hair, therefore since than I didn’t left my home. Honestly, I felt like I paid them to reduce my confidence and make me feel bad. Well if anyone want to avoid same situation don’t see Jonathan. I never use Supercut Liverpool in St John service again.

   My wife was booked in with Johnathan for a cut , dye and highlights at a cost of £81 pounds whilst the above was good the fact that hair dye was left on her forehead neck ears hand and jumper seemed to be part of the package as well ,he also managed to soak all down her back with water because of a faulty wash basin. I was not happy to say the least . I went back to the salon and spoke to a pleasant lady called Kerrin who I must say handled the situation very well , she advised me that the area manager would need to be called to arrange a refund of costs , I wanted 100% of what my wife had spent refunded I was not a happy man. In the minimal amount of time this was sorted out for me and indeed I received a full refund and an apology. I would certainly recommend this salon, but not Johnathan for his his lack of professionalism . Avoid booking with him !
