Booked blow dry for myself and my daughter for st Patrick’s day. Coming from Manchester and visiting my daughter at uni I have never been to hairdressers in Liverpool. Lady who did our hair was fabulous! My daughter has long hair with extension and looked fabulous. My curly blow was just great too! Would not hesitate to book again
Shocking service. Rang for a last minute cut this morning to see if I could be fitted in. I explained I was pushed for time and needed to be out by 11.30 and asked politely if there was any appointments available. I was told that’s fine and they have availability and to come in for 11am. I arrived on time. I sat there for 25 mins with barely a hello from the hairdresser or apology that they were running late, just an uninviting cold atmosphere. My coat wasn’t offered to be hung up like most polite hairdressers do. I walked out after that. Not everyone has a spare 25 mins to just sit there with no explanation! Now I see other people who have reviewed have had similar comments about the atmosphere and rudeness too. Saints Hairdressers down the road managed to fit me in straight after and were so lovely, friendly warm and welcoming. A much better experience. Hopefully Avant Garde can work on improving their customer service and attitude for future clients.
About 15 minutes late starting and probably one of the worst hair cuts I ever had. I’m not sure why a hairdresser would let a customer go out with wet hair either. My hair was poorly chopped into and fairly big chunks were cut out of my fringe. I explicitly asked for my hair to be thinned out which I had to request twice as it wasn’t done first time. Poor experience and would not recommend I’m afraid
First time visited here. Felt relaxed and comfortable. Kim was great. Really pleased with the result and booked my next appointment.
I always get my hair done at this hairdresses they do a good job .
Had my nails done by Leah for my holiday and had lots of compliments .
