   Had an excellent experience and would book them again. Entire process was smooth and seamless. My booking was updated a day prior to pick-up with information on the car and driver. My flight was delayed for almost 5hrs, but the driver had been monitoring it and was there when I arrived. Communication was smooth - driver messaged me upon arrival with a reference point for meet up. Definitely recommend!

   I needed a transfer for a group of people plus a 4-month old who needed a baby car seat. I contacted a few companies and they either couldn’t guarantee the child seat (what am I supposed to do with that?!!), or were too slow to respond, or were double the price. These guys came out on top. When we landed in Heathrow the driver was right there with my name on a card and everything was swift and convenient. The only thing is the car interior was a bit run down and one seat belt didn’t click in and the other got stuck and didn’t click out. But both there and return journeys were on time and very pleasant, baby seats guaranteed. Will use again.

   I pre booked British express cars from Heathrow to Southampton and found the entire process very stress free. Typically i do this journey once every three month and always had issues with other cab services. However, the service provided by British express car was amazing, the driver turned up on time had all my details and provided me with a very clean car. The journey itself was quite smooth and enjoyable. I left with their business card to book them again.

   I booked over the phone as I needed the vehicle to have a baby car seat for my six week old granddaughter. We also had a lot of luggage and other baby related items. The booking experience was excellent, very efficient and helpful. The vehicle provided was perfect for our trip to the airport and the baby seat was just what was needed to safely transport the baby. The driver couldn’t have been more helpful and kind, it was altogether a great experience and I would definitely use them again and recommend this company.
