   The team were welcoming, friendly and honest. They told me straight away when they weren't sure the fix they had for the car would actually do the job, and recommended I go to the dealer and not waste time/money. That alone made me feel happy I'd put my car in their care. They carried out the service and gave me a full breakdown. No complaints and I'd definitely recommend them.

   I am very careful with my car. Every time before I go to a garage, I do research, read people’s reviews and compare prices due to unpleasant experience with my car fix in the past. I visited Harrow Service Centre for MOT test, unexpected very efficient service and good customer service without potential cost. I was very happy. Since then, I have been to this centre for full service, battery changes. Will change break pads, discs and oil soon. Hopefully, all staffs continue providing reliable works, prices and services.

   Perfect service as always, my car is fourteen years old, so it heeded brake fluid changed and upgrading of worn brake discs and pads. Quoted phone and email price for work was reasonable and kept to. Car was collected in morning returned in the evening, clean and gleaming by a very friendly mechanic who is a great ambassador for the company. Will definitely continue using them, my car deserves it!

   I was very happy with the service I received. I had four new tyres fitted. The price quoted for the tyres I wanted was competitive, it was easy to book my car in for the job and there was good communication on when my car was ready for collection. They also provided a free exterior car valet, so my car looked immaculate when I collected it. I would use Harrow Service Centre again.

   Great service again has always. I rang them up after i received my email regarding booking my latest Jaguar car for service soon. last time they did my old car service and was very happy with there service and professionalism, but I had to do long journey to midlands this time before booking my car in for service. I spoke to kush on the phone because I was abit worried about oil level on the car, has I topped up 3 litres recently has oil was very low. He said bring the car in before you go next day we do quick health check and check all the levels on car before your trip to midlands. They checked the car topped up abit more oil and was ready to go. Now my car will be booked in for some TLC in a few days get full service done can’t wait….

   I can’t praise the Team at Harrow Service Centre enough. Very professional & friendly. They keep me updated before each visit and whilst my car is there, always giving a 100% service & providing a personal touch. They do the MOT and yearly service. I swapped taking my Golf from the Golf garage to here as the level of service was better & smoother. It’s the small added touches like finishing the service and handling me back a clean car.    I took my car here for a MOT recently. Always a pleasure going to Harrow service centre. I’ve been taking my own car and family cars here now. The main reason is that they conduct work efficiently and to a professional standard. I always recommend everyone to this service centre as they will get your car back on the road again and repaired. The friendly staff are really welcoming and the trained technicians take pride into their work. The workshop is up to dealership standards. I have to say that is easily the best Vehicle service centre in London. Highly recommend! Thanks again.

   Brilliant friendly Accommodating Customer Service . I had a problem . Car Tax Renewal arrived and I then realised my MOT had expired by a few days . I searched Sunday MOT places near me as my normal garage was closed . Harrow Service Centre got great reviews .... but I tried some others that were nearer to my house " No chance of MOT " at those and No bookings for 2-3 weeks ! ...I arrived at Harrow Service Centre early with No booking . I spoke to one of their regular customers who praised them highly so I stayed . Staff began to arrive and I was told they were fully booked but that they would do their best to sort me out .Claudia said she'd check on any possible cancellations and I said I"d wait and take my chances as I was really stuck .She offered to fit me in on Monday if it suited , so at least I had options . In just over an hour of waiting , with No booking and No history the good news arrived . I was in . It saved me a lot of grief and time and I definitely will add Harrow Service Centre on to my future list .I highly recommend . So , to the Boss .. Cheers and a Raise for Claudia . Always Smiling .
