   Northwood Accident Repair Centre has a marvellous team, starting from top to bottom. The employees are so pleasant and well mannered. They make you feel at ease and Sid in particular was excellent, goes out of his way to be very helpful and Priya was not too far behind. I took my car to repair a dent and broken tail light and they did a sterling job. Everything happened like clock work, including prompt communication and good quality work was carried out on time. Strongly recommend this wonderful and reliable team at Northwood car repair and service centre. Thank you guys.

   Booked my vehicle in for an MOT and service using BookMyGarage.com, and arranged for it to be collected. On the day the guy arrived at 8:45a, although he didn't seem to have the correct address and kept referring to the vehicle as a Ford Focus which was incorrect. He took the vehicle away, and it went of to what I presumed was the garage to do the service and MOT as requested. It seems that the vehicle was first driven to an address in Ruislip to have the MOT done, it seems they don't actually have an MOT testing station there. Then presumably it came back to northwood, I heard nothing all afternoon, and at 5pm i rang him, and they made some excuse about washing it. They took payment and 30 minutes later the guy turned up with my vehicle. He left a MOT certificate and a receipt for the payment, but there was no sheet saying what work was done or even that the vehicle had been serviced. for £180 (excl VAT) I would expect that I'd have some kind of record for my vehicles service history. I emailed the garage serveral times but have yet to recieve a response. Poor communication and very slap dash attitude.

   I was waiting for repair to happen since July-2022 and it took more than 6 month after lot of follow up call and frustration. Half of work done in Nov and car send back and second half was prioritise after expressing so much frustration. ( Repair in two parts really? That too for customer who has waited for 6 month to get car repair) If garage don't have capacity then stop taking work from insurance company. In more, I asked for full service quotation ( when car was supposed to pick up second time) but no call back with quote so look like garage don't really care and don't need business.

   I booked an MOT and service through the AA. The garage cancelled twice. Incredibly poor reliability. I will never book with this garage again. If I could, I would give zero stars.

   Amazing service. I don’t normally do reviews but these guys were exceptional. Always daunting finding a reliable and professional garage, but Northwood Coachworks were outstanding. From the initial quote through to communications re how long the job would take, to collecting and delivering the car back. Terrific. The job they have done on my car is to such a high standard. The paint work and fitting the new bonnet is exemplary. It looks wonderful. I highly recommend this company and will use them again (hopefully not too soon!!!). Thank you

   It was lovely that I didn't have to drive anywhere to get my wing mirror & housing repaired. A courtesy car was provided for a the few days my car was in the shop for repair. As the work was done through the insurance, I didn't have to get involve with quotes fortunately. I go it back & was very happy with the work provided, in fact some of the surfaces scratches on the door & Wing had been buffed out too which was a happy surprise. To be honest I only expected the Wing mirror to be done. I would happily recommend this company 100%. Thanks guys & gals for a great job done!
