   I had a terrible experience with another KIA service centre and a friend recommended West End Woking. It was a revelation! From the first call with Charlotte, when the date was agreed, through to the welcoming reception by several of the staff ( just how can one company employ so many friendly and professional staff?). Before going to the garage, I was called by Sami who introduced himself as the representative who would be looking after me and my car, and confirming my arrival time. He met me in the large car park, assured me of the closest attention and gave me a cup of tea as he explained the process. As promised he called me a couple of hours later to tell me the fault was identified, a cure found and sought my approval for the cost. Having obtained that, he said the car could be picked up that afternoon. Sure enough he called later to say it was ready. I couldn’t get there that day ( expecting the car to be in the garage for some time, having been told by the previous Kia garage that the engine needed a strip down). So I pickled it up in the morning, when Sami went through the mechanics report. I was pleasantly shocked to find that, within a very short time, the fault was identified as faulty spark plugs which had been replaced. The car was tested and found fault free. Thankfully not needing an engine strip down after “10 hours of investigation and referral to Kia technical department” by the previous KIA service centre. Who incidentally had charged for changing the plugs in February. The icing on the rotten cake was that KIA West End had also repaired my rear screen washer, that was supposed to have been repaired by the same errant garage during the last service. THANKYOU everyone at KIA West End, my faith restored, I will be back annually for my service and for any other issues. I cannot recommend this service centre highly enough. KIA Head Office take note.

   The most honest and hardworking staff that I have ever come across. Though I did not have an appointment and this person (I am sorry I do not know his name) was having lunch, he happily came out to test my battery. And he did not charge me a penny for it and did it with a smile! What a gem of a person. Though he was having lunch, he spent a good 15 minutes explaining to me the intricacies of car batteries. He is highly recommended as he seems to be a subject matter expert. Hats off to him!!

   Nice chap running the place. Fixed an issue another garage couldn't (who referred us). We were told by the other garage (and west end lane motors) that 2 things needed changing. West end lane only had to do one in the end much cheaper than originally expected.

   I had my MOT and service booked on 23.10.2021. I can not fault the treatment and service I recieved from this very professional and honest company. I was called before they passsed my MOT. It failed due to the wipers . I was gratfeful being asked first if i wanted them changed and how much the cost would be. Previous garages presented me with a huge bill before asking. Happily I accepted as it was a reasonable price. I was contacted once all works had been completed. The total was less than I expected and my car had been washed. As a woman its difficult finding a trustorthy garage who wont take advantage. I highly recommend this friendly family business and will contiue to bring my car here.
