   I was introduced to 3D by my neighbour when our Hyundai i20 front passenger door would not unlock. I spoke to Roop about the issue and he suggested bringing it to them in a couple of days. During our initial call he mentioned that the only way to get at the locking mechanism was by removing the inside door panel since the door wasn't opening. He mentioned the possibility of damage to the inside panel but assured me that they would do their best to minimise it. By the time I got to 3D I realised the car also needed an MOT and service, so I asked Roop if I those could be fitted in at the same time. Roop was honest and said until the door was resolved nothing else could be done because the car would fail it's MOT. In an industry where exaggerated promises are regularly made it is very refreshing to have someone who you can trust. Well they did manage to take the inner panel off without any damage. The lock started working again and so the MOT and service were completed. However Roop suggested leaving the panel off for a few days to ensure the lock was fully functional. Since then the panel has been refitted and the lock continues to work. I didn't get charged for the full amount of time it took to remove the panel and nothing for putting it back on. The MOT and service costs were very reasonable. I'm a happy customer and plan to use 3D for my other car. I would recommend them for their forthright and honest approach in an industry that has a dodgy reputation. So why not 5*? Because I believe there is always room for improvement. ☺️

   I had my major service recently on my car and the service from Roopesh was excellent. Nothing was to much trouble and the service was carried out very quickly. Brake fluid change, cabin filter, oil and filter change, fuel filter, air filter, wipers replaced and MOT all carried out. I also recently had my other cars body work repaired via insurance and Roopesh took care of everything. I can't even tell the car was repaired as the paint matching was superb Would definitely use again. Great service and value for money

   I had my fan belt broken, been to 3 other garages nearby but none could help for same day repair. He said can fix the problem same day, used all the fan belts listed for my van. None of them were fitting, finally ordered a size smaller and it worked well. Got it sorted for me same day as I had to travel 85miles back home. Excellent service and very nice person. God bless him.

   The most honest and ethical garage that I have come across so far. I had gone for an MOT and though it was lunch time, Roopesh accommodated me with a smile. I was in and out within 40 mins, all done. And they are so honest that they did not bill me excessively for other minor repairs, that usually happens when you go for an MOT. I was surprised that such honesty exists in car garages. I have burnt my fingers at well known car garages and 3D Motors is far from them. Roopesh and Co. are the best! I shall be definitely going out to them again. Guys, don’t take my word for it, go out and try 3D Motors yourself. You will know what I mean.
