Although we haven’t unpacked the bed yet (we are awaiting professional assembly for the TV bed), we cannot fault the experience. Hadiqa in the store was very helpful and patient, as we visited twice and she talked us through all the options. We received messages about delivery and these were accurate. The 2 delivery drivers were fantastic. It’s a 3 storey house and they were quick and efficient, taking everything up to the top floor. Fantastic experience all round.
Ruby was extremely helpful. She showed me examples of the beds I was interested in both in the shop and online. I was buying for my daughter in America so she gave me both paper and email copies of everything we talked about so my daughter could access all the information. She was polite friendly and informative throughout the process. When I returned to purchase the bed my daughter had chosen I had a different lady who also treated me very well. She talked me through the delivery process and ensured I was aware of the protective and cleaning products. Everybody was very helpful. The price of the bed was excellent - it was a TV bed to be used in an Airbnb so will have a lot of use. Looking forward to it being delivered. Thank you for all your support.
We were very pleased with the attention given to us by Alissiya. She took us all around the shop floor as we were deciding which type of bed was the best for us. She answered all our questions and was happy to take us back and forth to the beds we were considering. She did not pressurise us at all, so we talked about the experience when we came back home. Then later the same day, we rang back and placed the order. Hessy and Gav were fantastic and really nice too.We showed them the bedroom where the mattress was to be delivered, and also where they could leave the old one before taking it downstairs. They gave us a few minutes to brush down the existing base and to put the valance back on, and then we asked them if they could fix a castor at the bottom of the bed, which they did without question, beforelifting the new mattress on. It has been a pleasure to deal with Hessy and Gav and also to the Sales lady Alyssia, in the Keighley store. All a huge credit to your Company. Will definitely recommend Bensons for Beds! I am not on Facebook, so couldn't fill the Survey there.
My friends have bought their beds from here and they definitely delivered them aswell. Very good Customer Service for shoppers that shop at the store or come in to have a look.
Bought a bed from here the other day and was greeted by friendly staff that were happy to help me find the perfect bed for me. I was helped by Hadiqa who walked me though all my options and took my budget into account while helping me look for a new mattress, she was happy to answer any and all questions I had and it didn't take long to find the right mattress I was fully satisfied with. Great place to buy a bed/mattress :)
Friendly welcome from Ruby really helpful although we more or less knee what we wanted we were shown some good choices and went with the mattress that was higher quality but for only a little extra. Abraham was also really helpful with a query I had and was happy to help ringing me back with the answer...Great team
phoned today to ask if they had any king size pocket sprung mattresses I could pay for and collect today, spoke to Sukhvinder who was very helpful, I got to the store and he was really helpful again showing us what he had to takeaway today, him and the young man working there were both very friendly and helpful. we chose the mattress we wanted, paid and took it away. brilliant service, not at all pushy. if we ever need another mattress or bed we will definitely be back. thank you
