   I recently had a spacer installed in my car tire at this service center, and I’m really pleased with the result. The team was knowledgeable and explained the benefits of adding the spacer for better handling and improved tire clearance. They were efficient, completing the job quickly without compromising on quality.

   One of the best people and expertise in repairs I have ever seen or experienced. My Merc KY10OKG was totally right off but Vikky and his team repaired it to the highest standards I have ever seen at the most reasonable cost I had quote from three different garages. And VA autos was the most reasonable with all new parts ordered and received in front off me will recommend VA AUTOS TO everyone for 1000% Thanks VAAutos and team

   Good bunch of guys, however mis-diagnosed the car, Advised a new turbo, which was supplied and fitted for £950, ended up returning 3 months later with the same issue as before. 2 track rods cost over £200 to replace and I was unfortunately charged again for more diagnostics for the same power issue the previously fitted new turbo was meant to have solved. Advised another £450 for "possible" solution but told they still cannot guarantee the problem will be sorted. Can't justify these sort of costs for a 2011 mitsubishi diesel hatchback. Not impressed to be charged twice for diagnostics after their initial advice was incorrect, after being invoiced £108 incl VAT for them to supply and screw on a tracking rod (£20 from Eurocarparts) (Proper wheel alignment was also not carried out) Had high hopes, but have been left feeling let down and drained of funds.

   "RIP OFF" Garage!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!!!!! Please report them if you've been ripped off by them. I surely am doing it. If you are clueless mechanically, then you are in for a ride (no pun intended).They do not fix the actual problem so you keep going back and banking them more money. And then have the audacity to argue that they fixed it and it was another issue and now its a new problem. In hindsight, I wish I had recorded them on both occasions to show how contradictory they get too. In this caae, when there is an issue with the car, the customer is always right, which is why we come to them to get it fixed.
