   If there was an option to give them 0 stars, I would. Please avoid this place at all costs, seems like they ask for unfair payments and come across like they run a fraudulent business and scam people out. My dad recently had a troubling experience at this garage. He was charged a large sum for MOT-related work, but was not provided with a receipt, invoice, or breakdown. There was also no transparency regarding what parts were used or where they were sourced. They lied about how many wheel nuts they used on the tyres. Upon me calling to ask for the receipt they said “your dad didn’t ask for one” yeah well done for overcharging someone that struggles with a language barrier. When you pay a £££ amount of money is your duty as a business to provide a detailed receipt without a customer asking. Where is the common business practice and knowledge? The garage also insisted on cash payment and did not provide any VAT receipt or mention any tax — which is very concerning for a professional business handling large transactions. Telling my dad to pay with cash so they wouldn’t pay tax on it. Luckily the atm machine wasn’t working and i have a proof of payment. For anyone considering using this garage: • Always ask for a written quote or breakdown before any work starts • Make sure you receive a proper invoice or receipt • Be wary of any requests for cash-only payments or lack of VAT documentation The situation raised serious concerns about fairness and legality. I hope this review helps others avoid going through the same. I will be paying a visit to the garage to discuss this further and i will be raising it to the relevant authorities if this does not get sorted.
