I'm 58 and never had such a bad haircut as I got from there .I have short hair not cropped short he had a style well it did before I went in ,I said as it is now just shaping up please ,she was a nice girl but I don't think great experience in hair ,she cut it all over as it was wet I couldn't tell what she was doing .I'd asked for a cut and blow dry ,she didn't use a brush just blast dried it ,I wasn't happy but thought ill was and dry it when I get in , I had to go to a little hairdressers were I live it was so bad not and part was blened in one side was longer than the other not anypart was good ,I rang and said I was so unhappy a lady said you should come back in I didn't have time to drive back into birkenhead we were going camping I wore a baseball cap whole weekend, going to have to grow it to get a decent style back £39 for a terrible hack job and a blast dry thanks for nothing

I recently went to Regis and I have been going to Regis for the last 2 years, as they gave me perfectly styled haircut on every visit, especially this time by Rebecca, who was friendly and professional, listened to what my expectations were and then gave me advice as well, she did a great job on my hair :) Would definitely recommend!

Booked in to have a shampoo, cut and style. Unfortunately my hairstylist had been taken into hospital but I couldn’t fault the service from the staff in the Salon. Ellie phoned me and re-booked me in with herself and she was excellent. Customer service was spot on, chatty and helpful with my hair type. Left the salon with a lovely cut, full of shine and very happy with the service! She is a credit to Sarah the manager!
The salon staff were really friendly and fun, even though I’m no regular there. Making the appointment was easy on line. The price was reasonable for a cut n blow and all considered, I’ll definitely return.
Ellie did a fantastic job on my hair! I've been cutting it myself for the past 3 years and it was a mess. Ellie knew exactly what I wanted, she actually did it even better than I thought it could look because my hair is so thin. I'll definitely be going back here for all of my haircuts now.
Ellie was lovely and very professional - really chatty, did a brilliant job on cutting and styling my hair and was really thorough in understanding what it was I wanted. Will definitely be returning, it's hard to find a good hairdresser and she definitely fits the bill!
