The service and MOT I have had from Boston Manor Service Station has always been outstanding. Sam and the team really look after their customers and those are the two raesosn I keep going back to them. I can highly recommend them to anyone.

Have been disappointed twice by this garage. Book an appointment for service and MOT...turn up on the day of the appointment... They deleted my appointment without notifying me... The person in the reception so rude, unprofessional. That's not the way to treat people. No trust
Absolute scam artists. DO NOT USE - especially for MOT. Overcharged, double charged VAT, and gave different amounts to myself then to my partner who picked the car up. STAY AWAY

Had an 8:30am appointment for an MOT and it was carried out on time very professionally. MOT was also very competitively priced. Also glad to say in this current climate that full Covid 19 restrictions are being adhered to by the owner, which makes you feel very safe. A year later. Another MOT and again done promptly on the scheduled time.

I was raccomended to go to Boston Manor garage and I didn t have the best experience. After I was charged £410 for Mot, replacement of one front light bulb, one back light bulb and fixed the indicators sensor. They handed my car back without the clips that holds the front panel. I realised that on the highway on my way to north England, I was almost loosing the panel on the way. So I needed to stop and put tape all around to hold it in place. They are not professional neither trustworthy, at all!! I wouldn t raccomend this garage.
I've been a customer for more than 10 years +. Service has been good addressing just what's required. Their professionalism and integrity goes a long way. Never been disappointed and pricing is reasonable compared to dealer service for the same quality of work. Thanks Sam!
