   Got my MOT done Jan 2025. Great service. Needed a new timing belt over the summer. Booked it in, plus an oil change. They checked and came back to me “there weren’t any advisories”. When I bought the car; I was advised it needed a new timing belt, and I was doing a lot of miles. Love that they checked with me that it was due. Yesterday I drove up when they opened at 8 am saying “help brake fluid low, spongy brakes, can you look at it for me today and do your best?” By 9.10 got a call with a quote, which I agreed to; the brake had locked causing damage and hence low brake fluid. Advised of best course of action. “We’ll definitely have it done tomorrow, can’t promise for today as I need to get the parts but will try!” Called around 3.15 pm all done. Very reasonably priced. Amazing service on each occasion. To turn up Monday morning no appointment and get this amazing treatment! Thank you! AGAIN! Wholeheartedly recommend.

   Read my story to make ur own decision if to avoid this garage.Generally total hit and miss with what you can get there , but long story short; I have(had now coz had to be scrapped thx to their skills) fairly old Merc C180, it had some issues as most older cars do ,but outside that it was low millage and was running perfectly well , there were literally zero mechanical issues with it for 3 years I was driving it. It had minor electrical battery drain problem which was totally manageable plus the slight issue with breaking behaviour I came to the garage to for it to check before MOT... So these guys did MOT for me last yr plus the service and and it was ok ((apart of the fact after their oil filter and oil replacement the car for the 1st time started to eat lot of oil,probably used cheapset oil( remember to make sure about what oil you want ) but thats not even my problem with them)). So with that trust I came here againt to do MOT and fix brakes issue, car was driving as per usual, no problems.Left them the car 9am , 1 pm receiving the call form the garage that "my car is on fire", how crazy it can sound yeah...start of emotional rollercoaster.Had to stop my day work mid day and proceed to what awaited me there which i can only describe as totally insincere behaviour ( having the car worked there previously for a cost of 700£ which was about half worth of this old but fine car itself) , the Mechanic guy tried to persuade me it burned on its own!! while ive noticed the fluids were flowing from underneath, totally unrelated to the problem i came with , the battery connection was damaged , and Mechanic guy started to persuade me the car is old pointing to some other things that makes it unworthy and that is shoud scrap it. I'm not gonna say i wasnt shocked with the car situation, i was expecting the issue i came with was been looked at not to hear cables was burned beyond repair !! Totally in shock i agreed with him its worth scrap (because it is now) and tried to drive away the way I drove in , but hold ur breath it wasnt starting so the guy brought battery booster and it cranked then ive noticed all the red warnings on the dashboard like there is no coolant and alternator is not working, totally bonkers but in shock i drove away... the mechanic never said anything to me not to try it... sincere guy he was obviously certain my car self combusted but its fine for me to dive away... so i drove like 400 meters the smoke came up and it started burning , thankfully I've stopped and reacted quickly coz it could be mayor accident im 45 years old had many cars previously but never experienced anything like that , totally ridiculous behaviour by this garage they've literally burned my car to cover their fault when trying to repairing it , or had other motives but the fact they havent even warned me about the extend of the damage (they've made)in terms of using car further and let me drive away where i could burn in the car or at least cause major fire situation only points out to their guilt and trying to get rid of me and the car , totally dangerous and unprofessional behaviour i can say many bad words here to summarise, but just avoid these for all cost

   For years we took our car to another shop near us out of convenience, however never felt we were being charged fairly or honestly. Have started going to Jubilee after a friend's recommendation and cannot communicate how happy we are with the service and pricing every time. Would recommend Jubilee to anyone!

   I’m often between Isleworth and Wales, usually saving car repairs until I’m back in Wales I have a trusted garage who do excellent work and aren’t too expensive. However twice now I’ve had to use a garage in Isleworth and today was one of those occasions. Once again I was very happy with the work carried out. The pricing was very fair, they communicated clearly and explained what needed doing, they were honest and carried out the work very fast. This is an excellent garage and I highly recommend them.    A brilliant local garage, that has all capabilities to repair your car. They inspected my car properly for issues and given me a reasonable repair quote. They not only well-explained the repair requirements but also categorised them immediate fixes required and good to have fixes.    Incredible service form our local garage and team. I work long hours and they arranged for me to leave my car on their forecourt before 6am and drop key in their door and they did MOT and returned my car back locally and popped receipt and key through my door on my return last night after 9pm. Amazing stuff - Live local use local i say. Talbot road happy customer

   Took my car there after I had changed the clutch master cylinder and couldn't get the system to bleed properly. They were very straight with me and only charged me for half an hour's labour which was nice because some places will charge a full hour for 20 minutes work. Would definitely use again.
