   So many shops said they wouldn’t be able to fix the tear in the bumper or that they could but it would be very expensive. I contacted Plamen with very little hope. When I spoke to him, he was confident, quoted a very reasonable price, and gave me an estimated timeline. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw the fixed bumper. Very personable, trustworthy person who clearly knows his stuff!
