   As a woman,I find going to a garage a bit daunting.Sam and Emad were absolutely lovely-honest,professional,and made me feel completely at ease. They explained everything clearly and never tried to upsell anything I didn’t need. I am so grateful my brother recommended this place.    I went to get front brake pads changed. I had the parts. They quoted to me £50 labour. 10 mins later they say boss say it is wrong price, it will be £80. So I went to another place and got it done for £40 at another proper garage.

   Sincerely the best and well organised mechanic I found in over 20y . Fair price for a job done properly with expertise - other mechanics gave me the wrong or unnecessary expensive advice Sam is the best if other mechanics not sure of what is the best and cost effective option for your car I recently got a new exhaust fitted and got my MOT here too I also had a new gear box fitted here too over 2y ago - still going well Also other members in members in family are also expert mechanics Finally. -a very honest and ethical team -never cheated me nor lied to me about anything just for financial gain - they told me the best thing to do for my car ethically May the Lord Almighty bless the team at Sam's garage for all their kind efforts Amen MD

   I would like to inform everyone, I did use this garage on 22-12-22, they are very polite, professional and honest people. Also They changed spark plugs for My car as well, very reasonable price, I did check the price of parts myself they didn't charge extra. They charged me same prices as I would buy.    8 WThis mechanic was recommended to me by my sister who has been using this garage for last 10 plus years. After a major service at Steven Eagle Watford, I was recommended some work on my car I felt I needed a second opinion; I then went to Sam"s in Mason street Harrow Wealdstone. Sam"s uncovered that my spark plugs had not been changed for the last 7 years, my filters had not been changed and what Steven Eagle recommended I change immediately was a pack of lies. I have now recommended all my extended family and friends to Sam's. They are totally straight and have saved me a fortune from a main dealer who have been fraudulent.

   Last week I got my car serviced at sam's shop. Mr. Sam assisted me in explaining what was wrong with my car and why it was making that awful noise. I ended up changing my brakes and rotors because of his excellent and honest advice and impeccable customer service. Because of Mr. Sam’s service today I plan to make sam's shop my go to shop for all services. I also love that they provided me with the amazing advice on how I should look after my car.p
