Quick and efficient I had the engine management light come on a few times within a few weeks on my Mercedes c220, had been looked at a few time and weren’t able to resolve the issue. It was an air leak of some sort but I couldn’t find it after using engine diagnostics machines a few times before. Pravin helped me find the root cause of the issue fairly quickly and car was up and running within half a day !!! Definitely recommend these Mercedes’ specialists.

I never recommend Sapphire Autos to anybody special those who are Mercedes Owner , regarding Diagnose , Mot , Services , any Repair and ETC....Today I was in this garage to compare the price of repair for little scratch and dent , the both Indian men one who was Owner and other was Worker there asking for £1800.00 , after that I went to Auto City in Northolt the price they asking was £450.00. See how much was different between this two garages ??? Think Twice !

Took my E-Class Coupe for an A Service, and when I picked it up, I was amazed to see they'd washed and hoovered it as well. So now it drives AND looks like it's just come out of the showroom.
