   MOT services are thorough and professional. The staff do the work competently with vigour and reliability The coffee machine should come back and the television also. Waiting is a laborious thing so the entertainment and a refresher would be the five stars it just missed out on. Overall. Great service. Used for years now. No problem.

   I attended to have brake pads fitted on my vehicle. If this centre was not who the dealer used to carry out their work, I would not have used them. Customer service was poor. The guy in charge approached me whilst he was still on his phone and proceeded to take my keys out of my hand. He didn't stop his conversation to deal with me. I was told it would take an hour. When I returned nearly 90 minutes later, I was told that they were waiting for parts and that it would be at least another half hour. They were also to check the oil lamp warning light. I was accompanied back to Auto Centre by one of the men from the dealership. The guy in charge had not checked the oil warning lamp. In fact he got quite angry alleging he was told this information late, that he wouldn't be able to do the work because of what was involved and that he did not work for the dealers. To cut a long story short, I was informed that I would need to rebook the work. Personally, I'd rather get the work done closer to home and pay, rather than to travel for an hour and a half for that type of service. I gave 2 stars only because they did change the brake pads!
