Great service and brilliant communication. I took my R107 to Nair after having a nightmare with another apparent Mercedes specialist, who failed to solve a running issue with the car. Brian and team were great. They took the time to explain the issue. Talked me through options and offered great advice. Honestly could not recommend them enough.
Excellent service — quickly diagnosed what others missed. Found a loose MAP sensor joint causing multiple engine and transmission faults, fixed it properly, and cleared all the codes. The car now runs smoothly with no warning lights. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

I had been looking for a local MB specialist to continue my maintenance with as the warranty has now expired and was very glad to be recommended to Brian and the team at Nair Autos. They used genuine parts on my recent service, were able to upload it to the mercedes benz digital service booklet database and were considerably cheaper than the main dealer which was an added bonus.
