   I would give 10 stars out of 5, if I could! We had a little crash with our BMW recently and front bumper, grill and lip needed repair, as some parts and fixings got damaged, there were severe scratches too. The customer service at the top of the top! Ash assessed the car very quickly and we had a very good price for the job within few hours! And waiting time for repair was also so fast! We had our car back within few days. Ash and his team made a fantastic job! !Our car looked like brand new when we picked it up! Cannot thank you enough Guys!!! Highly recommended!!!

   Having had my Audi bumped from the back and classed as a CAT N, I decided to keep it and have it repaired. The prompt service from Ash was beyond excellent - fair price given for repairs, and works completed within timescale suggested to an impeccable standard.    Thanks Ash and the Team at Diamond Bodycraft, the high quality of work and finish of the repair are amazing I couldn’t be more pleased, the car looks better than I brought it. After having a bad morning in the car park causing damage to the front and rear passenger side of my car and I was recommended little knocks in Ruislip who weren’t approachable at all, I felt like I was being brushed off, the manager only wanted to quote for rear repair and i was immediately told to go via my insurance. I decided I had to seek multiple quotes, sending numerous emails and visiting garages. Diamond Bodycraft, replied the same day with an estimate. Took the car for full review, met with Ash who was very approachable, friendly and helpful, discussed all options including pricing and timeframe there was no hidden extras or pressure to decide there n then which gave me peace of mind. Ash quoted the best price and quickest turnaround time, also able to schedule repair as soon as possible or around my own schedule, during the process I was able to call for updates with easy. From start to finish I received excellent customer service, I would definitely recommend Ash and the team at Diamond Bodycraft for many reasons very approachable, best price, great quality work and reliable.

   A few weeks ago, my car sustained minor damage to the rear passenger door. I initially contacted and visited Little Knocks in Ruislip. While the staff were friendly, I was told the door couldn’t be repaired to 100% perfection without going through an insurance claim, which could have cost me over £1,000. I decided to wait and explore other options. During a work shift, I came across Diamond Bodycraft online and noticed they had great reviews. I decided to take a chance and called them. Ash, one of the team members, was very helpful—he looked at the photos I sent and invited me to bring the car in for assessment. I visited them on a Tuesday, and to my surprise, Ash and his amazing team completed the job the same day! In any profession, true quality comes down to the skill and care of the people doing the work. Diamond Bodycraft clearly have that level of craftsmanship. Thank you, Ash, and your top-tier team, for restoring my car so professionally. Highly recommended!

   Feb 2023 I recently got a small dent in my car door that needed fixing. I rang around for some quotes and got some crazy figures, until I found Diamond Bodycraft who were much more sensible. They were very friendly dealing with me, and did a great job doing the repair. It took a little longer than I had been told, but that was actually a good thing. The door needed painting, and Ash (the main man) wasn't happy with the colour match after the first go round, so wanted to do it again (free of charge). Honestly, I wouldn't have noticed on collection had he not pointed it out, but he is really committed to doing a good job and wanted it to be perfect. He did it again and sure enough it was perfect after the second coat. I highly recommend these guys! Please see pictures of the repair.

   We looked around for prices and time frames locally to get our bumper fixed … the bumper had front left had some dents so slightly misaligned, a hole the size of a large coin and some scratches on the right side that we needed sort out. I had some crazy quotes from other well reviewed places (not Diamond) in the area £700+ minus parts and paint arguing it needed a new bumper? …. but my partner felt it could be repaired and other body shop places we contacted. We got cheaper quotes locally within the range of £250+ (minus replacement parts but included paint). In the end I went with Diamond because they could do the work within a quick turn around, were easy and friendly to communicate through email, over the phone and in person, whilst being very patient with my questions (as I don’t know loads about cars) and the pricing was very fair from Owner(man called Ash). The team were professional, approachable and did not mess around nor take advantage or trying pile on extra work that was not needed. The other man (Tom) who did the paint job and a guy called Bradley repaired the hole/remodelled the bumper to a smooth finish did a great job. I added the before and after pictures to show gap, scratches and hole then the after pictures so you can see for yourself. It honestly looks brand new and I cannot tell the difference from the left (damaged) to the right (not damaged). So a big thank you for doing the bumper justice, offering a good quality place to fix your car also something affordable for the average joe during these hard times. Also being open to help/share knowledge about car body work with my partner.
