   they use recycled/used oil in oil changes Not new oil they reuse other cars oil in your engine Don’t visit this garage I noticed the bottle was black not light brown like fresh oil and when I asked they stated it’s just grease on the bottle, I then went to a proper VAG mechanic within 10miles and upon further inspection the oil was black and they told me this garage reuses other cars oils in a way to recycle them and save the garage money instead of putting in fresh engine oil Absolutely disgusting I’ve contacted Citizens Advice

   scratches all over my car, parts helt back in with cheap glue, some panels missing screws, clips broken and plastics cracked; these guys took over £200 from my son trying to fix his central locking, they ran a £40 diagnosis and told him everything was fine except door actuator, my son bought a new one costing just around £80 for them to fit and when he tried to call in to schedule the fix, these guys blatantly ghosted him and didn’t reply to any calls or texts saying there busy and couldn’t book my son in. After my son texting and calling for over a month and a half they decided to finally do the job we paid diagnosis for by changing the so called ‘broken part’ (by the way the part was never broken, the owner Aliz wouldn’t want to admit that) they charged my son an additional £60-£70 and my son idiotically paid even though they didn’t fix the issue. They replaced the actuator but that was never the issue to begin with, hence the central locking my son came for still wasn’t fixed. Directly after Aliz sat my son in his office and stated the actuator was in fact broken and they did a good job by replacing it. They showed my son the locks mechanism saying it was broken and stated it was good it got changed as it moved freely. Upon further investigation with different mechanics THE PART IS THE MECHANISM HOLDING THE DOOR LEVER OFCOURSE ITS MEANT TO BE MOVING FREELY AND NOT BE TIGHT IN UNLESS YOU DONT WANT THE DOOR LEVER TO BE OPENED. Aliz the Owner is a really good liar and manipulated my son so he would believe and trust him, Aliz stated this lie to my son so he don’t take accountability for his misdiagnosis as he just wants to make his money. After we had established that the door actuator replacement part didn’t fix this issue, Even after Aliz stated the month before it will, Aliz then mentioned all of a sudden the central locking being faulty is now due to an ecu issue. Firstly when my son got the car diagnosed a month before this, they stated ecu was fine and perfect, so Ali tell me, how does an ecu mess up all of a sudden???? And secondly my son got the part Aliz claimed is ‘broken’ and had 2 different mechanic diagnosed the part and they both showed to us that it was in fact fully working, they even connected 12v power supply to it showing us that the electrics in that part were also completely working. These 2 mechanics we went to stated any honest mechanics will know and show u this but dodgey mechanics don’t show u as they wanna charge 2 fees instead of one. Aliz is a LIAR, he manipulated my son into believing parts are broken and charges extortion to replace just so he can make abit of money not even fixing the issue and he’s really good at it… , Also another note I’d like to add one of the mechanics working for the owner Ali felt sorry for my son and even confirmed they told Aliz to ghost my son and not call me in for the repair because they knew the actuator wasn’t an issue it had something to do with wiring or another door, but Aliz never listened and still called my son in . This just shows Aliz wanted to make money, Already knowing it would of never worked. After all of this hassle and running back and forth and son spent so much with them plus nearly £100 for a part which didn’t even need to be replaced, we are left with the car in disgraceful appalling condition. I’ve uploaded the state my car was given back to us from this mechanic. LIAR, and scamming for money. End of the day Aliz knew the issue wasn’t what he told my son, he js constantly lie to my son so he can believe and trust him, and didn’t want to actually fix it for him but to keep him coming back and doing more work and repairs. The owner ali or Aliz has blocked my number and I can’t contact him, I’ve reported this case to my bank and also disputed with citizen advice, Ali I hope you see this review and change how u work on your customers cars. being dishonest won’t get u anywhere My car is scratched everywhere due to these guys.

   Went in for an engine check light and Ali explained the issue quoted for the part and service then got the new part and was fixed right in front of me. Answered all of my questions as I have no idea about mechanical issues of a car and was very transparent and clear on what my car needed. Will definitely be my go to garage in the future for any works needed. Thank you Ali

   Our car broke down on yesterday   Saturday evening . I rang the nearest garage and spoke to Ali who was very helpful and understanding. I then spoke to breakdown company who then helped us to take our car there The car was inspected and the problem identified they did thorough check and made sure car was safe to drive. It is very rare that garages are open on Sunday. I was very grateful for this garage as they sorted the car today   and I was able to pick it up  in very good time in the afternoon. The customer service was excellent, Ali & staff done a fantastic job. They also cleaned the  car as complimentary. They really went out of their way. Thank you to everyone that was involved. I am really thankful to each one of you. You all are doing an amazing job I have now booked the car for  service. This will be my choice of garage from now on. Highly recommend it.

   Good lads, pretty decent car wash. It's usually quite busy and crowded on weekends, so it might take longer than you would like. They are great and cheap on fixing punctures.
