Came here one time to get a set of tyres done about 1.5 years ago, I've now been back 4-5 times since as we have 4 cars in the family. Professional service and the garage has a lovely waiting area supplemented with great coffee! The staff really look after your car (and wheels) so will definitely be my garage of choice for tyres.

Really impressed, got new tyres fitted here and service was great. Really quick, friendly, and even cleaned up the wheels after before giving it back. Just really easy and nice, would definitely recommend. Cheers to all there

Needed a repair on my car and called around a few garages in a Saturday morning. Firstly, they were open and others weren't. Then the quality of conversation and advice was excellent. I had a good idea what was required, how long it would take and how much it would cost. Presently surprised at the quality of the premises, very professional - not the usual man in overalls in a tucked away teasing estate. I'll be using them in the future and will be referring anyone to them for a fair and honest service.

Popped into AutoTest in Epsom and, to be honest, it was a lovely surprise. The place is spotless, calm, and they even offer proper tea and coffee in real mugs, which somehow makes the whole wait feel more human. The staff were genuinely friendly and professional, the sort who actually seem to care and donβt mind going that bit further to help. Really refreshing experience. Highly recommend.

Very disappointed - awful experience. I went to change four tyres and ended up with another Β£230 bill due to their incompetence in removing the wheel bolts on my rear tyres. I agreed to change the wheel bolts (8 of them) and give them the benefit of the doubt; they were being honest. But a moment later, they added another add-on to the bill: they broke the TPM sensor, which then required a new one. They also damaged/scratched the wheel near the sensor area by hammering the sensor out. The staff who changed the tyres were friendly but seemed relatively young, which could have been why they couldn't simply change four tyres without add-ons. I spoke with the manager and told him that this is not the way you do things - you don't hammer on the sensor and break them without my consent. But he gave me a choice to complain to BlackCircle or drive away and fix the tyres elsewhere - which is ironic; how can I drive the car with a flat tyre after you brake the TPM sensor? I have been changing tyres for over 18 years on dozens of vehicles, and this is the first time I have encountered these excuses. They seem to create work for themselves while the customer has no choice but to approve the bill, which is a very poor practice on their part. I am a businessman myself, and this is not how you do business. I would not use Autotest again, nor recommend them.

Amazing, professional service. I had to get a diagnostic on my car to go back to the dealer. Autotest fitted me in straight away and didn't even charge me when they realised the car was a dud!!

They gave me price for supplying and fitting a new battery to my car. However when I asked them to go ahead they said they would call me back to arrange a time to have it fitted, I have heard nothing. I've now had it fitted by another garage.

A bit late review, but I wanted to be sure before I can review with other garage. I had given my car to Autotest for A/c refill for which they did good job. but there was issue with the car starting, as it start the first time in the morning but stops in 2 sec and then does not starts easily, for which I gave the car for servicing and also diagnosing. To. my surprise they came up with the future plan to repair around Β£1700 still not guarantee that the issue will be solved, as they could not found the issue what is causing the issue with starting the car. They simply ask me to change few expensive part and see if that can solve the problem, I do not expect this from them when they charge Β£90 for Diagnostic. The AA engineer who did not charge me anything did the diagnostic with same Bosch monitor they use found the issue was with Fuel pressure sensor and not with injector and few other bits they ask me to change. So I have order the part which cost me Β£40 and the cost to change was Β£10, so in Β£50 I was able to solve the issue rather then spending Β£1700 and still it would not have solve the issue. If you can not find the issue I don't think it's far to charge for diagnostic, that is what one of the garage did in Swansea when they can not find the issue they don't charge. So I would definitely avoid going back to Autotest even in Future..
