Payed £40 nearly a month ago to get a letter confirming my sons medical condition and told it would be prioritised. I have popped in twice since and still waiting. My daughter booked a phone appointment waited an hour and got appointment 4 days later only for it to be cancelled with no notice as Drs were busy to call back. Having regrets leaving my previous GP due to catchment area and its only been a month. Very disappointed.

Fabulous people. I was a little worried, as haven't been to Dr's in a few years- but all was good from booking appointment to seeing doctor and treatment. Everyone was friendly, polite and respectful.

I attended the surgery today with my 2 year old son Stanley, after a negative experience at the surgery previously, taking him to the doctors has become quite traumatic for both myself and him. We saw Dr Ahmed today, he was so kind and patient with Stanley and the appointment was a complete success! He allowed him to listen to his chest and do a full exam without any upset at all which is an absolute miracle in itself! Such a stress free experience! Massive thank you to Dr Ahmed! You were amazing!

Terrible!! Please do not join unless you have literally no other option. The receptionist are arrogant gatekeepers who seek pleasure in putting up barriers and pretending to be doctors. There’s a drunk nurse, they never call you back with results. They don’t follow up with treatment so you’re left unmonitored despite worsening symptoms. Trying to get an appointment, left on hold for half an hour despite calling bang on time and then hung up on before getting to speak to anyone. If you call at 8.30am they don’t start answering the phones until about 8.40am. Then by the time you get through they either say you have to call first thing (even though you’ve been on hold the whole time).. or they lie and say the appointments are gone when really they’re just deciding not to give you one. The receptionists have been caught out lying multiple times, they consistently lie about appointments, policies and results. I’ve had to call 111 only to be given an appointment I was just told didn’t exist. The entire building is full of people who can’t stand their jobs and take it out on the innocent people who are simply trying to get basic healthcare.

I’m afraid to say that the negative reviews regarding this surgery are unfortunately true. I really don’t know what’s become of this ‘Practice’. I joined this surgery having come from a surgery where I thought I couldn’t get any worse. If there was an option for zero stars then I’d have selected. I can only echo the bad reviews. I telephoned the surgery for an app at 08:29 and understandably the lines were closed. So I called at 08:30 and the lines where open. My call log shows I was on the phone for 11 minutes, until they picked up and hung up straight away. I redialled and this time was again in the queue for 25 mins and still not answered. So in anticipation, I decided to drive to the surgery, whilst still holding on in the queue, to request an appointment. I was told by the receptionist, that they were told they are not allowed to book appointments face to face and I would need to call. I explained that I had called and was hung up on and that I was still currently on ‘the phone’ queuing. Eventually, I was given an appointment for the same morning. This Surgery is still working to Covid rules. Whilst the rest of the country is trying to lead an ‘as normal’ life, they want to prolong this and drag it out for as long as they can. I could go on and on but feel now I need to escalate a complaint.

Been coming here for 40 yrs along with my mum and dad and they have been amazing to us but now i am sorry to say the surgery is not fit for purpose. Its very difficult to get appointments which i can understand as there are a nationwide of GP’s . But i cannot understand why they contact you to get a blood test done and then won’t give you an appointment to get it done. The reasons they give is - no appointments available within the next three weeks, the systems down, you must come to the surgery to get it done but we cant give you one cos there are no appointments, then they backtrack a few weeks later and tell me i can go to the local medical centre but we cant give you an appointment because the system is down, and now a couple months later they say you don’t have a blood test form so we can’t put you forward. In a way i’m relieved this blood test is for blood sugar level and not something a lot more serious.

Dr Sagoo is a miracle worker, after 3 years of severe warts on my eyes and my fingers my confidence was knocked, i was feeling low and didn't want to leave the house much. After two sessions with the doctor all my warts have completely disappeared, forever grateful for his help.

Updating my review after a further couple of years being at this surgery - honestly one of the worst surgeries I’ve been part of. Still refusing face to face apps despite NHS saying GPs should have started doing them again - impossible to make appointments unless you call at 8:30 each morning - rude reception staff who think they’re qualified to give medical advice - doctors who have such little interest in patients that they don’t even glance at their records before speaking to them and barely listen to what you say. They have made my anxiety and depression 10x worse. I intend to report this surgery to the governing bodies, they shouldn’t even be allowed to operate.

Don’t join this surgery it’s terrible, I did because it’s local to me but never any appointments and then have to argue to get one. Doctor Sagoo is very rude when I’ve spoken to him and doesn’t submit your subscription so have to keep phoning up to get it and any other doctors there don’t seem to have a clue, never had it this bad at my last surgery. Avoid!!!!
