   I had a brakes emergency so I could take my family to the airport after a funeral. We'd been through a lot the days preceding and when my friend recommended Rick and Rich I wasn't sure as I hadn't used them before. I now won't go anywhere else. Not only did they do the work quickly and so well, advising me what needed to be done as I didn't have any details for them, they were really friendly and kind. They didn't overcharge me and I know I can go back and will get the same treatment next time. 100% recommend!

   R & M Motors came recommended to me and what a discovery! I have used them three times now. They have resolved an engine management light, carried out a service and replaced my audio/brain on my Peugeot. Their charges are a fraction of main dealers and they are a joy to deal with. They take the trouble to talk you through the problem and make a plan with you. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

   I had a problem with my car which had lost power and had taken it to many garages which had told me it was the automatic gearbox that was broken and would cost £2k to repair and wasn't worth it. Another garage said they would charge me £800 to have a look at it for the day etc. Took it to a gearbox specialist who recommended R&M Motors and they listened to me and fixed the problem within one day and it only cost me £80! Will always use them from now on. Great service thank you boys!

   A warning light came on during my drive to work. After ringing around R&M said they could take a look. Turned out the warning light was a false alarm. The service I received was top notch and I plan to switch to R&M for my MOT's from now on.

   I have used R&M Motor Services a few times but after the wonderful service I received yesterday I felt that I needed to give a small business the recognition and praise that they deserve. They are friendly, honest and very reasonably priced, (I don't like to say 'cheaply priced' as that can give the wrong impression). They are based on the doorstep of where I work but the main reason for using them is that I can trust their service which is rare in the motor trade. Full marks to a great little team of mechanics.
