ABC Birmingham clinic was the best decision I ever made, me and my partner how have a beautiful baby girl we were blessed with on our first frozen embryo transfer, we wouldn’t be parents right now without abc Birmingham, thank you to all the staff we are forever grateful
I attended a webinar (after putting in my birthday) and they ignored my question several times about age. They didn't even respond. Every other question was answered. Rude, shameful and discriminatory. Go elsewhere, clinics are happy to speak to women slightly over 40, this one unfortunately was not.
Even though the Birmingham clinic was quite a distance for me to travel, I always felt so looked after during my time there so the journey never seemed like a chore. Everyone from the receptionists to the embryologists were very helpful and so empathetic in responding to my very emotional state in one instance. I will forever be thankful.
I am happy with the care I received from ABC Birmingham. My second cycle resulted in my beautiful baby boy after many previous failed cycles at other clinics. Jodie, one of the fertility nurses was amazing during my follow up calls and was supportive and caring when discussing my failed cycles. She was always there for a call when needed. Jodie is very knowledgeable and advocated on my behalf to make my next cycle a success alongside the doctors and nurses. Yaz my coordinator was excellent, always prompt with replies and emails the same day. All the fertility nurses during my scans and treatment were caring and fantastic. Thank you to all the doctors and nurses at ABC Birmingham for making me a very happy Mommy and bringing us our baby boy, making our family complete.
ABC has enabled my partner and I to have our first child. We are forever grateful to the medics who made this possible. The patient coordinator side of things, we feel would benefit from additional training to ensure they are all communicating the same information as going through the process repeatedly led to some different information being shared, but this has been resolved now.

The worse ever clinic you can ever visit. Although all the staff members were absolutely amazing but the services themselves were nothing true to what they promised. It is clearly money making scheme. we had 2 rounds of ivf with them which weren’t successful however am not blaming the clinic for it but they kept bringing new payment to pay for that u didn’t think of at all as you think that you getting affordable treatment but they kept surprising us with new bills each and individual time. When we decided to look for a new clinic they wouldn’t even help us move our frozen embryos that we payed for and they kept giving excuses as if there was something wrong with embryos that they are scared to give them to us it took more 6 months just to get our embryos from them for absolutely useless reasons. They promise you a call back and never even call you and not even ask you how you feeling after any treatment, all it matters is their bill. I would surly not recommend this clinic to anyone at all.
ABC were fantastic. They explained the whole process start to finish, the risks and possibilities very clearly. If we ever had any questions the team were brilliant in giving us answers quickly and throughly.
This was my second round of IVF after a failed round at a previous clinic ABC Birmingham couldn’t have made my journey any better, every single member of staff was so welcoming nothing was ever too much to ask. I feel like each doctor / nurse / consultant made sure I knew and understood of every part of the process I was going through. Any questions I had were always answered and nothing was ever too much for anyone My egg collection & transfer I was so nervous however both teams really made me feel comfortable and relaxed I couldn’t have asked for more. I had a successful round of IVF and I couldn’t be more grateful for the clinic and whole team
I have no words to express my gratitude to the entire team at ABC Birmingham for the incredible care I received. I am currently pregnant from my first round but this review would have been the same whether or not it was a first time success or not. The entire team always went above and beyond for me. I felt listened to and trusted them implicitly with my care (which is not something I do easily). Thank you all so much for the incredible care you gave me. No praise is enough.
